It was more blushed (one reason I picked face-up B was because it looked less blushed and pink than A) and had glitter all over the face which wasn't visible on the sales pictures. Still, the head is even prettier in person!

Yes, even though it wasn't quite what I expected.^^

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I didn't really complain about it but I mentioned the blush and glitter in my review on their site and they apologized for it.

Aside from his faceup, I'm quite satisfied with him. But his faceup is trivial and kind of my fault. They did send me a lot of things I didn't know I was getting. There was a necklace, an extra set of hands--although too big, and a set of eyelashes. So I'm not at all upset with the final products.

Yes, although I would definitely make sure to ask them to lighten the faceup in the case of getting a whiteskin ^^;;

Of course =) really really beautiful. I just wish they are more careful with stains though, I saw little hand stains on the body.

I like little sarubia in real person!! I purchased two of them even, because I like it that much. And I can tell you that she looks absolutely the same with promotional picture.

yes! The outfit is totally good quality, the wigs are smooth and soft (although a bit longer with the bangs so I had to cut and trim it) the faceups are gorgeous! The boots is so beautiful and detailed, the eyes too looks like company pict And the dolls itself both is good quality, except when the big one come out of the box he's bent to his right side, even when I had string him and accidentely chipped around his wrist resin because the string is too strong, his body still bent to his right side sometimes (I wonder why...)

Very good, even if I ordered through ACBJD, they were able to answer all my questions and even keep in stock and add an extra wig later until I could pay it. They also shipped it by the time I requested, just in time for my vacation

Through PayPal, through the dealer.

A month and a half, that was including the week for Chinese New Year/Spring Festival! He arrived March the 18th.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! The resin is very soft and he poses wonderfully, he also has a nice color. One calf had a small chip in the inside I believe was due to the string, cause when I pulled the foot out, the small pieces of resin where still there, so it probably happened during shipping. Needless to say, even if I ordered through ACBJD, LM shipped the doll straight to me.

I was a little unhappy with his thigh extra joint, it wasn't finished very well and was kinda raw around the inner edges where the string goes through. It would leave residue on the inner cup even if I cleaned it. I had to unstring him and sand it off, and even boil it quite a bit to solve the problem. I'm not sure if this is because I ordered through a dealer and they sent it a bit less quality or if it just happened this once. Which saddened me a bit that I had to go through all of that with my first doll as soon as I got him.

I didn't bother in contacting them about it.

Yep! Next time straight from them to see if there is any difference in quality!
