Little Genie by angelregion-tell me about them

They rock. My Lilica, Fee, is my absolute favorite doll, hands down. She fits perfectly in Kelly clothing, and has such an expressive face. She poses very well for a one-piece body tiny. She never fails to captivate, and is so easy to travel with.

I have two Lilicas, blue-eyed Queen of Hearts (Grace) and the original green-eyed Lilica (Fee). I adore both, but my original, Fee, owns my heart.

 

I have one, I HAD to have her after I kept seeing Clochette's Fee. It blew me away how well she poses--that karate pose that Fee does, and most any pose I put her in. She is really a well balanced, well made little girl. Mine is "Mr. (?) Hamster, so she came in a sweet fleecy hamster suit and hat with ears. I ordered her from Denver Doll Emporium and she was here three days later!!

 

I have a Queen of Hearts Lilica. Clochette's Fee put her spell on me as well. And I am very happy with my purchase. She's SO TINY and so very adorable.

 

BTW - if you search the Tinies section only for this (with the or's), you will pull up a bunch of results:

gienie or genie or geinie or lilica

Alternately, use Advanced search and do a titles only search of Tinies section for the same to get the most relevant threads.

I did one ages ago ..and sold it ...but fell in love with Mr Hamster

They're quite a bit smaller than Unoa...think Kelly doll size. Here's a reference with Soah, an SD size

The scale would be much more an infant than a younger brother or sister, imho.

 

You can see my little one. She's with Clochette's Fee. She has blue eyes. She visited little Fee before coming home to me. Poppet is just too adorable and poses like a dream. I love her big eyes.

My Lilica hasn't had an outing for a while, but I would not part with her, she is definitely a doll with "attitude", not sure she quite fits the "grumpy" category but close to it sometimes. LOL

I had one but sold her.

She is very cute, and posable, she fits kelly clothes and shoes. Can be balanced to stand on one foot (easiest with shoes on though, her feet are so small). The faceup was exceptional.

 

I actually made them for Kelly, the only Kelly ones that don't fit are ones with long sleeves. The sleeves a bit too short for Lilica.
There is so much to choose from with Kelly clothes.

just wanted to spam the little gienie's they do look great, perhaps I will put her on a puki body, because that's a great fit, only my pukisha doesn't want to swap with her.

Wow, Wilkies, when you think about how small she is, and then see that blown up faceup, and how detailed it is!........ Wow, LOL

 

Been a while since anyone posted here---so I thought I would spam some pics. I just purchased another Lilica from a friend, she wasn't bonding with her, and the poor little one has been lonesome. Isabeau needed a sister.

Isabeau (the blonde) is a Puki hybrid--the first, I believe! Her sister, Simone', is on the Angelregion body. She was Gloomy Rabbit, but she was TOO gloomy, so she got a new faceup. Here's my girls!

 

Wow I'm absolutely loving these freckled Genies! Wilkies and Jenny, who did the freckles on your girls? Adorable!

 

Mine came with freckles--she is the Queen of Hearts Little Gienie. Their faceups are fantastic. I don't know who did Wilkes.

 

I did the freckles myself, she first was a redhead, later she was a boy, then changed back to to white fur wig, at the moment she has a lovely brown haired girl, but she is my only tiny that wants to change her looks every now and then.

Oh my! She has teeth. How utterly adorable.

 

Thanks Wilkies and Valli! I do so love these tiny ones--and yes, putting her on a Puki body is like a new doll--Simone is the little sister now, I had forgotten how much smaller the Little Gienie body is than the Puki body, because Isabeau has been on a Puki body for at least a year!

The teeth are awesome in such a tiny one. I am surprised more people don't have this little girl, but I guess she didn't catch on like the Pukis did.

 

Was it easy to put her on the Puki body?

 

NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her head fits exactly, and the resin is a perfect match--but it took me and hubby, a pair of hemostats, and a pair of large needlenose pliers to change the head and get the elastic over the hook in her head--four large adult hands with that tiny thing, we fought to get it on. Still I am glad that we did it--but I would have to think hard about it before I would change heads again!

 

Oh Jenny your dolls are adorable.

Fee started as a redhead, went to white, then back to red, which she's stayed at. Grace adopted the blonde look, which goes well with her freckles:

Clochette, I LOVE your girls--seeing Fee started me on the Lilica obsession! I was new to DOA and fell in love with your little ones pic. It is so nice to see them again--they are so ignored, and they deserve to be in the limelight!

 

It's because of little Fee that I have Poppet. She even went to visit Fee before coming home to me. They are such sweet little dolls and to think I nearly sold her! Argghhh.... don't worry Robin, she's staying. *sigh of relief from all the dolls*

 

Well then, YAY for FEE and CLOCHETTE! Lots of sweet little sisters have been adopted all because of you!

Unfortunately they have been removed from the roster on the site so as far as I can tell it's the Risi basic and thats all for now

I was lucky enough to have just recently adopted one of the Lilicas from the marketplace and she'll be on her way home soon! I'm terribly excited, I just love these little girls! I'll try and git a camera once she comes home so I can show everyone I doubt I'll have the patience to wait until said camera is available to do a box opening But I'll see what I can do about some Lilica spam once she's all settled

 

Guys.. Oh my gee... O.O I had no idea what tiny was until I met my Little Gienie! She just arrived this afternoon and I am in absolute love I'm so glad I brought this little(and I mean Little!)one home!

 

Mitya, little Gienie is a very beautiful doll, I loved at first sight.

I have to add my photo here of my Little Gienie. Her face shape is so different from the other tinies. I found the perfect wig and outfit that fit her personality, so I had to have her pose for a portrait with her Hello Kitty. Here she is:

 

What a wonderful little girl! I just love mine, I neeeed to take some pictures of him I'm sad there aren't more being made. I love the Carrot Fairy(he's on the same body and similar to the sleeping Lilica they used to make). I'll be sure to show off my little one soon *needs a working camera*

Valli! Long time no see Grace's bob wig like that is from an earlier incarnation of Dollesque, back when it was BJDollrama. It's the same size as the ones Elfdoll tinys use, 3/4, but it's listed on her site as a 3" http://www.dollesque.com/catalog/Size_3-35-1.html

Mary-Lee, the red dress is from Boneka, she has a sage green one as well. Definitely spendier than her standard Kelly/Only Hearts outfits, but with that detail, I decided to splurge. Lucky you with a break...mine is still 3 weeks away.
