I ordered and payed for an Unoa headback on 24/10 at Little BJD Shop in Berlin. I haven't received it as of yet. The problem is they don't answer their mails a lot, I don't speak German AT ALL and I have almost no information about the shipping of my order. ° 24/10/09: I order and pay for the headback with wire transfer I get an automatically generated mail that they received the order a few seconds later. ° 05/11/09: I mail them if they've already received my payment, but get no reply ° 13/11/09: I send them the same mail but this time with the listing "Vordringlich" in the subject. (meaning "Urgent" according to Google Translate) ° 15/11/09: The site is now updated and I receive a reply from them, stating they've sent my headback 2 days after they received the payment. In this mail they did not say when that was exactly, and they didn't give me a trackingnumber either. (I paid €18 postage, is tracking included for this price in Germany?) I reply to their mail and ask for the shipping date and a tracking number. ° 25/11/09: up until now I haven't yet seen a reply to my mail or my headback. ° 30/11/09: I received a mail from Melanie today that the package has been sent back to them due to a wrong adress. (according to the post office) They will attempt to resend it with the correct adress I gave them just now. ° 05/12/09: I resent the mail I sent earlier, with three exclamation marks in front of it ° 12/12/09: I received a reply from M. that the package has been shipped in the past week. ° 05/01/10: Still no headback, this is becoming a drag... Is there anyone on this forum that lives near Berlin or speaks German? I need some help contacting them, since I can't get there myself anytime soon and I don't speak German at all... ---------------------------------------------- Can someone contact the shop again please? If they didn't send the headback by now, they don't need to send it anymore, I'd rather have a refund as I've kind of had it now... This order has already hit a two month mark for something they had in stock and from a nearby country, I really don't like the way they handled this... thanks, Els

After the last reply I needed to confirm my adress, I did this, but had no replies after that. No mail the package had been resent or an answer to my other questions...

Well, I might just as well jump in and say something about this, too. First off, the little-bjd-shop used to be a really good BJD shop before, meaning before last year . I've ordered there several times and never encountered any trouble whatsoever. However, my last order, made back in February 2009 (Dollheart preorder) was my last one for sure. I ordered a couple of things from the Dollheart preorder and paid immediately. As I'm used to the wait of 3 months for preorder items, I just checked back in late May, asking if my items had already arrived and were ready to be shipped out, but all I got were excuses that DH sent the wrong items and she had to send them back and try to get new ones. So I contacted her one month later and was getting the same excuse again and another month later she would not even reply to my emails anymore. Finally in August I wrote to her that all I wanted was my money back. She promised to send the money back to me the next day, but of course nothing happened, so I wrote back after threee more weeks of waiting asking if she had already sent my money back, but got no reply once again. Luckily there was another person on the German doll board who had the same experience and who started a thread about those problems with the little-bjd-shop. This little bit of unwanted publicity showed some effect, because we three persons who complained in this thread got our money finally back a few days later. Mind you, in September(!) for stuff ordered and paid back in February . See, Mela used to be a very trustworthy person and as I said before I ordered stuff from her before 2009 and never had any problems. That's also why many people will still jump to her defense, getting you all kind of excuses, that she's such a nice person, but terribly busy at the moment because of her three children/dog/helping her husband with his job/pregnancy/etc., but as a matter of fact there are still plenty of people waiting on their orders (or their refund) on the German forums and I'm already starting to doubt that all of them will receive their money back. As things are going now I can not recommend this shop to anyone.
I ordered 2 pairs of eyes which were declared as "in stock" (the cause why I brought them) and I paid immediately via PayPal... but after 2 weeks nothing happened. I wrote to her but I haven’t gotten a response and after the 4th mail (in 2 weeks) I contacted PayPal and now I got my money back (I’m not so sure I would have gotten it back any other way). She never responded to any of my mails. My first experience with her wasn’t so good either (I did pre-order MSC UV which I hadn't gotten) but she responded to my mails and I got my money back with only little fuss. Well, I wanted to give her a second chance... but I will from now on definitely stay away from this seller. -_- I would advice everyone who is still waiting for the items to use PayPal to get the money back (if you used to pay via PayPal).
Unfortunately I paid with bank transfer. I still haven't heard of her, I even PMed her on a German BJD forum she also frequents. (which was mighty hard to do, with me not-speaking German and all)
