PAYMENT INFORMATION
Face-ups are priced at SGD120*.
*Face-ups are mostly airbrushed;
this also includes the price of a pair of black eyelashes.
(I do not generally have other colours in stock, sorry!)
Removal of existing face-up is also included in the cost.
*As of 2020.

Special requests such as tattoos may cost extra,
depending on the complexity.

Body blushing is dependent on the size of the doll,
as well as the area to be covered.
Examples of body blushing may be found in the 2nd post.
(I can also airbrush heads/body parts for resin matching.)

Mod prices are dependent on the type of mod,
so please PM if you have any interest in this area.

Pricing is exclusive of the shipping cost back to you;
insurance, if you should opt for it, would cost extra.
Please inquire for specific information about shipping/insurance rates.

Meet-ups with those located in the area work out well,
but are dependent on my schedule;
if you are unable to meet this schedule,
shipping via registered local mail would be better.
I am located in Singapore.

Payment is to be made upfront - before sending a head -
as this allows for quicker shipping back to you.

I accept Paypal, though there is now the PP fee I'll have to ask for
be it CC or non-CC Paypal since the new changes to Paypal, apparently.
(As of June 2009.) Bank transfers for locals works, as well.


PROCESS
I currently use Liquitex acrylic paint, Mr. Color acrylic paint,
Windsor & Newton pastels, and Mr. Super Clear Flat/UV-Cut Flat.
Face-ups are mostly airbrushed.

It should take under a month to complete a commission, but probably sooner;
if it should rain torrents, however, then a delay might be inevitable.
Modification commissions will take longer!

Please note that do-overs are only allowed once.*
*A do-over does not include working off an entirely different basis;
i.e. if you change your mind as to what the face-up should look like,
this would not count as a do-over but a new face-up.
Hence, please choose carefully from the start!


MISC. INFORMATION
Please send a face cover along with your doll head;
if this is missing, I cannot be responsible for anything untoward
happening to the face-up on the head's journey back to you.

Please ship your doll in an appropriate shipping container/manner;
do not ship your doll head in an envelope(!), for example.
This may result in damage during shipping to me
for which I cannot be accountable.

You may wish to include default eyes and wig for the doll head in question;
this is for aesthetic/matching purposes but is not actually mandatory.

Supplying a working e-mail address would be welcome as quick responses
on both our parts would facilitate an overall smoother transaction.
(Please also note where you are located when you send a PM to me
should this information not be available in your DoA profile.)

If you are after a very specific look,
it would be best to provide photo references and instructions
with regards to the face-up you would like.
(If you would prefer a face-up form, please request for it.)

Otherwise, a general outline would do just as well.
You may also choose to describe your doll's personality briefly.

Do note, however, that should I be unable to fulfill any of your listed conditions,
I may have to refuse the commission. I may also refuse a commission if
the head in question has been modded such that it may affect the face-up.
(For example, if a doll to be painted has already been modded,
please note that this may affect the face-up should the surface be uneven.)
As such, please disclose all mods beforehand.

Due to health reasons, I will no longer accept modding commissions alone;
I will only accept mod-jobs in conjunction with a face-up commission.
I also reserve the right to refuse certain mods.

Please remove all hotglue from the insides of doll heads
before sending to me; a fee of USD10 will be charged
if I have to do it.

I make no promises when it comes to repairing damaged face-ups.
