I was a good girl yesterday. Not only did I make some jewelry for Keizo and give him that tattoo he's been begging for, I finally spent some time on one of my other hobbies, bonsai, repotting, pruning and wiring my tiny trees. At dusk, Keizo agreed to pose for a bit on my windowsill/garden to help me show off my accomplishments. And more pics here: http://hedonia.net/dollfieville/gallery/keizo/blue/blue.html
Thanks, zoi and waterlily! The tattoo is actually a temporary decal I got on eBay. Think I'll make it permanent when he is blushed and sealed.
Nice tatoo. I like his new outfit, especially the print! Did you make that over the weekend too? Repotting and making jewelry too. You were a busy gal
Thanks, Devon! No, I didn't make the outfit. It's a Tenshiya suit and I BINed a brown one on eBay just yesterday, so look for another photoshoot of Keizo and Mitsu in matching outfit. Today, I am making matching yukata for the boys.
It's a decal, but I think that I'm going to buy another one and have it sealed when I have him blushed.
Tensiya (I misspelled it before) sells gorgeous clothes. I think that the designer used to be with Custom House. Yukata are casual cotton kimono. I'll post pics when I am done. Yep, today is another comp day, which isn't really a day off, since I'll have twice as much work tomorrow.
I am not lucky with plants (having the uncanny ability to make them shrivel and die by even LOOKING at them LOL) so I admire everyone who has the proverbial "green thumb". And everyone who is as courageous as to put a tattoo on her Dollfie, be it painted or decal!!! Your boy looks great with his new ornament, and the clothes are fantastic too. (By chance, I ordered a similar outfit at Souldoll some days ago) Tensiya makes great dresses, indeed. Congrats, and hugs for your kirei na Hana no Shounen!
The fact alone you meticulously worked on bonzai trees... Oi, you're perfect in my book. My father had one for quite some time, and while he was off on one of his naval expeditions, he left me in charge of it when I was twelve. I somehow managed not only to kill it, but then (twelve year old sense here) convinced myself it would be happier buried in the backyard. Beautiful boy you have there. Utterly gorgeous. (It's the hair, I guess. Boys with long hair just steal my heart.)
Hehe! Actually what prompted me to finally put some time in with my tiny trees is that I was getting depressed looking at the three that had died in a heatwave last November, but I hadn't bothered to throw away yet. Thank you! I'm glad that you liked my boy!
