Leo-Toy Feedback (2010) *beware*

This company doesn't make BJD's but they do sell them on their website. I'm posting feedback for them because of the AWFUL experience I had with them.

* How was the communication?Horrible. I did not hear from them for 2 weeks despite sending them multiple emails, I even tried contacting them through eBay since they have a huge eBay store as well. On 10/6/10 I opened a PayPal claim just hoping that would prompt them to respond to me. Finally on 10/10/10 they responded and told me the item I wanted was no longer in stock. I requested a refund and have heard nothing back from them. I escalated my claim to a dispute on 10/19/10 and things are still unresolved.

* How easy was it to pay?Fine.

* How long did it take to ship?Read above, doll never got shipped because they say it's out of stock YET they still have her for order on the website.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Price was high ($1200)

Read above, I opened a PayPal claim and then escalated it to a dispute.
