Leeke wigs - 'Heat-resisting' colors

I'll be getting my preorder wigs this weekend, so I can compare Pure Eve next to the Eve Cream I have. Pics should be up on the night of 15 January (going by Korean time), just before the preorder ends - so you could get Pure Eve if you want. I also have Misty Brown coming in, but unfortunately no Baby Brown.

LR-079 in Brown Carrot (7-8"). It really is more of a rich brown than an auburn.

Too bad Leeke seems to have sent me the wrong sized wigs. Man. I guess I won't know until Gabriel gets here to check them. But I am ordering a custom color mix wig from ForMyDoll that is very similar in tone to the Brown Carrot wig, so I'll post a comparison of the two colors when that gets here. Might be an alternative to waiting until Leeke decides to offer Brown Carrot again ^^.

 

Champagne Brown is darker, but has the same gold undertones.

Misty Brown is interesting, it changes colours based on the light.

It was overcast so it's maybe not as evident here, but Snow White is shinier/more translucent than Milk

It's a cream blond with a hint of pink...sort of a mix between Evecream and Pinkcocktail.

 

Here's snow white:



It's a lot like other company's heat-resisting white. It's more translucent than milk wigs, but so much softer.

I unbraided it and kinda left it out for a while. Today I finally go to cut them off and all I had to do is give it a good tug. No problem. i changed the part a little by pinning it to the side for a couple weeks. Now it stays to the side by itself. Hope I helped ^_^

Hippolovergurl: That's good news for those who missed out! It's nice how Leeke's "limited" colors seem to be re-released fairly often. XD

I just got my 8-9 size LR-041 in Snow White! I was happy to find no quality issues with it at all. It just has some easily tame-able flyaway hairs, nothing abnormal for a curly wig. I basically pulled it out of the package & threw it on the nearest doll to me for this pic so it's not the best, but here it is:

I hope it's okay to do this, because it's not my picture, but the Honey Delf thread has an owner pic of this wig. I believe the size is 6-7 and the color is misty brown.

Wow, spring mint seems so cool! I regret not having bought any wig in this color =_= I recently placed an order for a wig in RoyalCadetBlue and have been having a lot of problems with them because the style I bought aparently wasn't available or something like that -it's impossible to understand leeke, they skip 4 of 5 questions you ask them ^^U-... Finally, it got shipped today, so I'm looking forward to the quality of the wig. If I like it, I might place another order for some of the new limited colors...

But meanwhile, any more pictures or comparisions between the brown colors they offer? And some more pictures of their brown carrot would also be highly apreciated! I'm dying to own a wig in dark burgundy as I missed the brown carrot order chance *facepalm*.

 

OlivePowder colour in I forget what style... but I love love love this colour. It looks more greenish in real life but to me it's very pleasing to the eye. :]

Just received my wig in Shadow blue (limited color) today



Hoping to see Ocean Blue if anyone has it!

 

At the same time I'd also recieved a D size LR-089 in OlivePowder:-

 

This is LR-41 in Dark Burgundy, tied into a ponytail (the effect, as you can see, is pretty wild :p).



Sometimes when I look at it, I think it's really brown, and at other times it looks really reddish. Light seems to make quite a difference. I love this colour.

 

I am looking for the wig LR-092_M in Evecream.
In some photos of evecream it appears quite blonde, and in others it is almost white..

It also would be quite helpful to see any evecream wig on or against a gray skinned doll.
I would really appreciate any help!

 

I might not be able to help with your original request, but I can give you an idea of Evecream next to grey resin, thanks to Andjelica (Pipos Charlotte) and an LR-021 Evecream wig:-


Evecream is a lovely pale warm blonde colour and I've now had 3 different wigs in evercream now to vouch for that.
