I have this wig in 7-8 in Goldenrod -- unfortunately I ordered it in 6-6.5 and Leeke sent me the wrong size, but to be honest the wig looks HORRIBLE in the smaller size so I haven't bothered to ask about exchanging it for the right size.



The hair is layered so short on top that depending on how you have the wig positioned it sticks straight out on one or both sides of the doll's head.





I'm pretty disappointed. I'm not even sure I'll be able to sell it, looking like that.

The black one is much poofier, thicker and shaggier than the blond one, even though they're the same style. The black one also has a much tighter headcap... thingy.

I am going to try an attempt to bring this back to life!
I would really love to see a Dream Of Doll (If you have a DOC, please post that!) in any one Leeke's heat resistant wigs. I'm worried that the wig will be too big, since I would like to purchase either this one; http://www.leekeworld.com/En/Product/p_view.asp?it_code=524&B_catalog_num=21

I just got the W031_M wig in evecream for my girlie. I'll post a picture since I haven't seen any of this wig. It's really beautiful, I love it!

 

I'm pretty sure this is called W111 (if not, someone correct me on the number - I can't find it on Leeke's site anymore, though it's recent, from last month's preorder...); natural black, 8/9 size.

Leeke's natural black is darker than Crobidoll's natural black, but both have a brown tone. Crobi's fiber is softer and falls more nicely, but both are great quality. I'll stick to heat resist fiber from now on.

Maroon is a medium brown with a bit of a yellow undertone. Not red at all.

 

Anyone have a choco brown and maroon they can compare together? I have a maroon on order, but I still have a few days of waiting left :/

Btw: My 2 choco browns have absolutely no red hints in them. The first picture shows well what choco brown looks like in the sunlight and normal light. You can see the sun shinning on the left side.
Choco is really dark, almost black.

Hope this help you. This wig is Chocobrown/Maroon. The lighter colour on the end tips is Maroon and the rest of the wig is chocobrown.

Maroon (was on top of the page but I figured it's easier side by side. :>)

 

Snow white is just white--the old Leeke milk white is a very flat solid white, but the snow white fiber is actually kind of transparent, which makes it look more wispy on photos, but I don't think it's silver or look silvery in person.

I find that Moons fit both sizes. The 8/9 is a tighter fit which works better in the long run because the wig cap loosen up over time with use anyways. The 9/10 size runs slightly big and doesn't stay on as well, but I like how the hair falls better in this size depending on the style.

 

Goldenrod is a very sunny and golden blonde. In pictures it looks kind of strawberry-blonde. The actual color is definitely more saturated than Leeke's color swatch. I think this post has a pretty close representation.



Baby brown confuses me. In some people's pictures it looks like a soft brown color, and in others it looks more caramel or even blonde. I finally broke down and ordered one so we'll see...
