What did you order? I ordered a pair of 16mm doll eyes in Special 04, which was their orange with a darker ring. When did you order? My order was made in the beginning of October. How was the communication? They only got back to me in email at October 28th, about a week or two after I'd made my initial order. The employee who mailed me was polite and concise, however. How easy was it to pay? Payment was a breeze through Paypal. How long did it take to ship? I just got the package today, so it took about three weeks to reach me from payment date. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very much so, although due to the shipping I wound up paying twice what the eyes were worth. They are very clear, intensely colored eyes. They lack the "net" like lining Volks HG eyes have (the only other pair I own) but have their own very subtle shimmery white lining in the iris. There is a tiny flaw in one of the irises, a fleck of black, but I actually quite like the flaw as it makes my doll look more human with them in. (My eyes have dark flecks in them too). Did the item look like the sales pictures? The colors of the glass are much more intense and saturated than the colors in the chart - if you're looking for realistic colors it might throw you off. I'm quite pleased with the quality overall, though. Were you satisfied with the product? Quite, yes. The eyes were packed in two separate zip lock bags, and a padded envelope with invoice included. If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? There were no problems above and beyond the fact that the cost of shipping from Germany is a bit high and a group order might be the best way to get your money's worth from the company, but that isn't their fault, is it? - Mel

August/September How was the communication? I talked a lot with them because I was asked to by an doa user who wanted a special pair of eyes. How easy was it to pay? Since I'm from Germany it was pretty easy to pay per bank transfer! How long did it take to ship? I waited 2 weeks to receive my order. It was very well packed! Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I don't own other glas eyes but I like the quality of Lauscha Glaseyes. The best are the flat ones because the eyes looks a lot deeper than the mouth blown ones. The only thing I am a little bit disapointed it that even with 18 mm the iris is a little too big for my sd sara. It's not bad but it botters me a little bit Did the item look like the sales pictures? Well not exactly. It's difficult for me to describe because english is not my first language.
