the baby dragon is really cute. did thuban come with the dragon feet from lati? or did you hybrid him from somewhere else.

 

Thuban came with those feet. He has wings, too, but they are stored in a box because they were rather awkward and always in the way.

I just adore Cubie, I have two of them and would kill to have him in normal or white skin - maybe normal. I also love Gabie and Aabie, such a cute release!

Yes, Tatita, Pero in tan is so interesting. I love him/her and when he was released in tan I was so happy. It's a cute mold in normal skin too.

Today I finally had an hour before lunch just for myself, and I made some photos of my Chérie (Happy). She has a custom wig from SophyMolly and a perfect Chibi Chibi school uniform from Nira. She is perfect in every way.

she has some gorgeous wigs! any idea what fiber she used was it mohair or something else?

 

I have found this information on her Etsy site: "All wigs made by me from angora goat mohair and dyed with resistant dye for wool. Hairs rooted on elastic soft cap which tight on the head (no need silicone cap). Wigs can be wash with human shampoo and style with little bit wet brush (using water or hair-spray)."

I've been out of the lati loop for so long after I sold all but one of my Latis. I'm now craving a little tan girl, especially since there are so many pretty new releases and the tan is back to a lovely shade again.

Everyone's photos are lovely. I'll keep my eyes peeled for the next release. What do you normally have to do to get the wink event head?

 

Thank you! I ordered a mysctic Jia. I think only a few people ordered her, that's why my order shipped so early. I noticed Lati often start shipping out those dolls that less people order. Hope you get your shipping notice soon too. Did you order Happy in tan?

Anyone buying from the Secret Garden event? I am undecided, I want to see more pics

 

New Pics are up and they are totally adorable! I love Jia and Yuri but undecided if I want to buy.

 

Ladybug Yuri is adorable and Froggy Lea is too precious! It's getting harder and harder for me to resist Lea but I can't imagine ever ordering from Lati again because of the 9-12 month wait. I've also sworn off tan dolls forever after my blotchy Haru.

 

I think Yuri is my favorite and I love Jia. Not sure if I want to buy with the wait soooo long. I am still waiting for my first Lati (Cinderella) and it is brutal!

Lea made me laugh out loud with her froggy face and green eyelashes I agree the wait is too long and I am terrified of the faceups having problems. I don't know what I would do if my doll had a problem. I don't do faceups.
What did you end up doing about your Haru?

 

Froggy Lea is precious but I can't take Lati's long waiting times any more. The Master of Dragon dolls took about 11 months. That's way too long!

 

Hello all,sorry to just jump in but I am just learning to navigate this site. Your dolls are beautiful! I only have one bjd a lati yellow and i have read others say their dolls are kicky but mine is really kicky. since i am not used to bjd i'm not sure if this is normal. it is very difficult to pose her legs I almost need three hands. is it possible she is just strung too tight and needs to be restrung already?

How long have you had her? Dolls tend to loosen up with time as the elastic relaxes.

 

Haru was my first tan doll so I don't know if his splotches were from his face-up or the resin dye. Most doll companies don't count tan inconsistencies as "damage" anyway so I sold Haru on eBay. It was better for him to find a home where he'd be appreciated and I've learned my lesson! No more tan dolls - at least not straight from the company.

The wait times have been bad for a long time. I looked up the wait times for Latis before I ordered Princess Cinderella Happy and the previous releases took 9-12 months to be shipped! I've already been waiting on Happy for 8.5 months...

 

I have had her less than a week. it may just be that I am inexperienced with bjds. thank you for responding.

 

You can try to "exercise" her by holding her at the waist and gently pulling on her legs or arms to stretch the string. She should naturally get looser as you move her around and change her clothes.

 

I would just be patient with her! She will probably get better on her own. Welcome to the BJD world! There is a lot to learn but it is a wonderful journey!

 

Bad resin dye, ahhhh that's horrible! Tan dolls are a gamble. I have a tan doll from another company and she has some noticeable seam lines Well I guess at least you found a home for him.

I am waiting on the Princess Cinderella Happy too. She will be my first Lati and the waiting makes it really hard to want to order from their events. Part of what bums me out too is the Happy's that they made and sold after the Cinderella event. I want mine first *stomps foot

 

I want to buy G.yuri.But Joy is also in my heart.Hard to decide.

I am not in Germany.Most time I told the sellers to declare as a gift($80).

Time is really a problem.But this time,Yuri really get my heart.I want to buy one, even for 1 year...



The gift head of "secret garden" is wink s.belle. How do you think of she?I relly like her,she looks like a little girl who is cute and naughty.

 

I love the wink version of S.belle. What does the s stand for? She looks very different to the Belle that they used to do. I'd love to order Yuri - if I can work out how to access my account again!

 

She is adorable. I would try very carefully to put some pipe cleaners on her legs, it tends to keep the doll standing. Wire is only good when coated like the pipe cleaners. As soon as you get her standing, leave her like that and the elastic will likely get less tensed. If you were more experienced you could try to restring and maybe suede her (normal sueding or hot glue sueding). You can find a lot if you google about this, restringing dolls, sueding, pipe cleaners to helpe the dolls get studier, etc.Maybe sending her to someone who is experienced customizer might help!

I love the new release and I thought I would buy a doll but maybe not this time. It's funny, if I could buy dolls I would buy Lea and tan Cookie (I regret selling my Alladin Cookie) and I have tons of Lea and some Cookies. I love Jia, she is adorable, but I already have her in tan skin. G. Yuri is cute but I don't like her face-up too much, and I think she looks too much like Happy.

But I am writing this and maybe suddenly I will buy two or three, lol.

I am sad the gift head is winking. The only winking doll I would like to have is Sophie (my fave mold right now)

I absolutely love Lea's face-up with the green eyelashes, but she's never been a favourite mould of mine. I really like the G.Yuri sculpt but not sure about the face-up and Jia is still on my wish list. I just can't deal with waiting a year for a doll again so I doubt i'll order.

Rogue : I understand you. That's why I decided to not order for them anymore except for a Cookie Tan.
The issue for me is that second hand dolls are more expensive that on Lati website and considering the rate between USD/CAD I prefer to wait

 

Did you try sending them a message or email? I had the same problem and emailed them and they were very helpful
I am not sure what the "s" stands for either, I wondered that myself...
