so far i think my favorites are Haru and Sophie in tan. i wish i would be easier to get them in tan.

Legend of Lati!!!! this is what is thought , but wanted to make sure. I love that doll!!!! of course i missed the sale. i will look for adoption.

I'm a newbie here from Thailand. Nice to meet you all
As of now, I currently own two Lati dolls, both are Haru from the Bat Children Collection (Yes, I'm Haru admirer as you can tell lol).
The silver hair on the left is 'Luca' (the mystic eyes version). The another one is 'Shura'
My crocodile Haru from Peter Pan collection is still on the way. Does anyone still waiting for Peter Pan too?

 

I asked lati about the delay in shipping basics because a friend of mine has waited since January on hers. They answered and told me that yes they are just now shipping January basic dolls and there has been a delay and it would be months if I ordered one now before it would ship. I just don't understand how every other doll company can get their dolls made/shipped on a decent turn around and Lati can't. They make me really angry, but the dolls are SO cute!

 

OMG she's so pretty! I have a pink Sophie on order (from the Little Angel Sweeties release) and I was worried I might not like the pink color in person. I love the pink skin tone in this picture though!

 

Anyone with a Latidoll account, I suggest you check your points mine is negative four hundred some points again even though it seems like they just fixed like a week or two ago.

I ended up ordering quite a bit this order period ^^; . I ordered the grey vampire Sunny (her name will be Belfry), a face up/body for the Sunny event head and a green blushed dragon... then I went back for Miel and her full set outfit ^^;

That's a shame. They JUST fixed my points balance, too! I can't even get the site to load on any of my browsers at the moment. Maybe they are trying to fix the issue with points. I'm not holding my breath though :/

I'm beginning to doubt my decision to not buy anything from this last ordering period. That Miel fullset was calling my name but I have so many Lati Yellows at home and still a few on the way

 

I was expecting to get at least two dolls from this release, but I only wound up with brown tan Haru. He was the only one that I felt I absolutely HAD to have. Bah, it's a shame Lati is so slow with their order processing times- I can definitely understand not wanting to give them more money if you already have a lot of unshipped orders with them. :/

I was thinking the same thing. Cat Sophie looks much more pink in the photos.

 

Yay! We paid for my order so now I get to wait for my Sunny and her dragons. (And then decide on names and put together their room and oh man so much stuff to do... o_o)

Thanks for pointing out dollpeddler. I've always bought my dolls direct from the doll maker so haven't any experience with them. It seems a lot of money to hand over for a doll that will takes months to arrive. Has anyone had any problems with them?

It was the Haru from this latest release that I've fallen for, really. I love the whole concept...and the tan skin.

 

I've purchased three Latis from them and the only time there was a problem was the first time. They accidentally left my former Cookie's extra hands out of the box and when I messaged them about it, they apologized and shipped them right away at no extra charge to me. I believe they also gave me a gift for the error.

I personally like them and have met them in person a few times. However, you may want to read their company feedback thread and decide for yourself.

Little Angel Sweeties ver. Pumpkin Muffin [Jia]

 

Jia is so pretty! And I don't know which Belle I would've wanted more, but Cheese tart looks taller.

 

I'm so glad to see some of the Little Angel Sweeties arriving! I keep checking to see if my order has shipped yet but it hasn't- probably because I have 3 full sets ordered lol! Fullsets usually take longer to ship in my experience :/

 

My Little Angel Sweeties Jia is on her way home (she was shipped on July 21st)!

Also, I'm doing a very short layaway for a Legend of Latiland Sunny fullset through Doll Peddlar

 

I've just checked and my Sweeties order is still 'preparing'. I noticed in the Q&A section someone called Cathy has posted to Lati saying '13 months and still waiting'..... THIRTEEN MONTHS? That has to be a record. Lati really have to limit their editions more, not offer every single combination of skin colour/body/etc to catch up. Other companies design a doll in, eg, pink and that's what is on offer. Not switch to tan, normal, add a body, take away the vampire teeth etc etc. I know Lati want to please their customers but they have got to catch up, and reduce waiting time to 6 months max.

On a happier note, my basic NS Jia arrived, she was ordered after the Sweeties edition. She's so pretty with a gorgeous default faceup, (photo to follow), and Lati have definitely listened to their customers and the resin is back to that lovely peachy colour from several years ago.

 

Ahhh the Pumpkin Muffin Jia is soooooo adorable! I'm in love with her! So happy I ordered this little cutie! I haven't seen any owner pics of a Choco Mousse Lumi and Ginger Bread Benny. Has anyone received them or seen their pics?

 

Little question, what eye size do you guys like the most for your Latis?
I never had a Lati or any tiny human doll before. I know that Lati website states 14mm but I would love to see them with some smaller eyes too, 12mm or even 10mm. The little one I'm getting is a Lea.

I'm waiting on both of them Haven't seen any home as yet though. I asked Lati how long mine would be and they said 'soon'

 

Still waiting on my Halloween Brown Tan Jia. I'm thinking about inquiring but will probably wait until beginning of August to do so. Is there anyone else waiting for Halloween Jia/Sophie? I was surprised to see so many Little Angel Sweeties shipped before Halloween Jia/Sophie but shrug, not a big deal and often happens.

I think Lati really wants to please its customers..if you look at every recent-ish release posted on Facebook, the comments are filled with "What about tan?" "Can we make the release not limited quantity.." "Can we have a vampire version?" "PINK SKIN!! \m/" etc. And Lati tries to satisfy their customers each time, so we end up with an awesome array of options but it probably does set them back a bit as far as completion times go. It's not a bad trade-off for the amount of options we get, especially if you're one of those people who petitioned for an option that initially wasn't present. 13 months though is quite a bit overboard, even by LatiDoll standards.

Lalette I've used 12mm Enchanted Doll eyes in my Lea and think they look lovely. Here's a photo of my custom Lea from my sales post, wearing 12mm ED:


Lea can easily pull off 14mm, it all depends on the look you want for her and of course the brand as a particular size in one brand may be giant in comparison to another it seems. As far as my other Lati Yellows go, majority wear 14mm ED while sculpts with smaller eye sockets/shapes (Cookie, possibly Benny) or ones I want a more mature look for, receive 12mm ED.

 

Thank you for the picture, she looks adorable! I will be looking at 12mm/14mm then, depending on the brand. Thankfully I asked before I bought anything because I was ready to get 10mm, but now I see that they would be too small for my liking. Thanks again.

 

Speaking of eyes, for you who own Sunny, what size do you usually use?
