Wintryabyss Your girls are beautiful!! I need to learn more about photography and how to get full use out of my Nikon DSLR. I've been too lazy to try since it seems so complicated lol! Your picture came out great!!

Congrats to everyone receiving shipments from Lati!! I'm excited that we are finally seeing GoH and LoL dolls. That just makes the Peter Pan release a bit closer (that was my first release since joining the hobby)!

 

Kim Oh, I see. I'll have to be careful of that then. That's sad to spend so much on a wig and then be limited in using it.

Wintryabyss Thank you for your help. I'm glad my order is fine. And I'll take your advice about asking Lati, though now I am not sure if I want to take the chance with them now that I know that their wig caps tend to stain worse than others. I'll keep searching first to see if I can find something similar somewhere else.

I wasn't in the waiting room, but I ordered a tan Sunny from LoL (without wig and outfit) and I just had an email with the tracking number!!!

Maybe I have an email because I ordered a wig 3 weeks ago and I combined the orders??

All your littles are so cute and perfect for me!!!

I have the outfits and the wig I bought to my first lati in 2009, I don't have the lati but I kept her things. However, I've bought more things XD I hope she will be ok with dresses but I don't know....because at the end, all my girls dress like a boys.

Two-three weeks ago I bought a second hand Haru, the little is going to be a boy but he came with a pretty long wig and I was thinking maybe it fits well on her.

By the way, he's Morgan hating me because of the wig

Wintryabyss, congratulations on your 7 years anniversary of collecting Lati Yellows! Your first three winter tan girls are sooooo adorable! I'm glad to see that you still have them. I still have my first two Lati Yellows too, LRRH Bayer and Haru. They are three years old now. I discovered BJDs four years ago.
Congratulations to everyone who ordered dolls from the Christmas release! I ordered tan Jia and pink Sophie. I am very happy and exited to get them but I know I will have to wait at least half a year till I will see them.

So after almost a year, I finally have my basic Lea boy home and he is adorable.

 

Wintryabyss - thank you! Hope you had wonderful Christmas! I ordered an OE Sophie and a mystic Sophie from the LoL release, both in tan skin. Can't wait to see them!

Erm, so I'm a little confused at the moment.

I'm seriously considering getting that really cute brown tan Lumi, but does checking "Luna fullset" get me the wig, outfit, shoes, and hand parts specific to the event Luna head (which I also can't find anywhere on the site somehow), or does it get the fullset of the doll you buy? Does purchasing just the blank doll qualify for the event head, or is it required that I purchase the Luna fullset? I'm wondering because I really want to add Lumi's wig and crown and maybe dress, but having an event head sounds nice, and maybe could become a full doll if I really like her (unless that means dropping $100 more because I'm really trying to squeeze this into my other plans).

Sorry if these are dumb questions!

If you check "Luna fullset" you will get the items specific to Luna. If you want Lumi's fullset you have to check those boxes separately.
No If you buy just a nude Lumi doll you still qualify for a free Luna head. If you want Luna's make up or fullset you can check those boxes.
You still have to buy Luna's body by checking that box too if you want a body for her. Just the head is free.

Luna is added to every Lati Yellow or Lati white fullset because you only qualify for the free head if you purchase a doll. You can't buy just Luna that's why it's not listed separately.

 

Ahh gotcha! Thanks for the quick reply, Lillyroos. In that case, I can just get her a body on the MP later~ ALSO, I'm not sure why I wasn't able to see it before, but I found the pictures of Luna. My internet must've not loaded the page properly. Yay, looks like I might be getting cute little Lumi after all!

Kotone, brown tan Lumi is a great choice! I don't think Lati will release a brown Lumi again soon, and she is amazing! If you like Luna, I would suggest to order a body with her because it might be difficult to find a body of the same colour later. Lati just changed the colour of normal skin, and it's the fourth change of normal skin. During the last 1,5 year Lati's normal skin had pale yellow colour. Lati just changed the colour to less yellow and a bit pinkish.

 

the new normal skin color looks like it will be an even better match to luts normal skin. my two lati girls are on tiny delf bodies, the fit is perfect but the heads are a little more yellow than the bodies. since the new lati normal skin looks less yellow, then that would make them the perfect match to luts. i am hoping to snag a winking girl on the second market whenever people start getting them (lol so not for 6 months to a year is my guess) and i'll put on her on a tiny delf body for sure.

 

I just discovered the newest release and I will definitely order pink Sophie, she will be the perfect sister for my grey Sophie And maybe Jia will join her

 

So today I had a little time and took awful pictures of my Sissi next to Haru just to make sure they have the same color, and yes, they have the same color. I compared (poorly) the dark tan next to iplehouse old light brown, to fairyland tan and rosen lied tan. Forgot to take pictures next to Momocolor (their tanned dolls have a wonderful tone), maybe next.

So yes, to anyone who was asking, dark LW Haru has the same color as Sissi in dark tan.

I must say this is my favorite dark "tan", or brown color, next to Rosen Lied, before that it was Iplehouse.

I purchased my Cookie through them though I did not use the layaway option. They accidentally forgot to send her extra hands, but when I let them know, they apologized and shipped the hands almost immediately at no extra cost to me.

I've also done business with them in the past, though that was in person at a local doll show. They've always been pretty nice and such.

I finally got my Sissi! She's simply beautiful, the brown tan is such a rich color. Searching for a name now but wow I'm so happy!

I also got my dark tan Sissi today, we picked her up from the customs office. She is gorgeous, I love her face-up and the light lashes. I haven't put her outfit on yet but I will try to do so later today. I also got a free wig with her, anyone else got one?

I love those marshmallow pets and would love to get one or two...am I right that the only way to get just the pets would be to participate with someone in a split? They can't be orderered individually right?? Thank you..

 

Yes, you're right Rere, you can only get them by ordering them together with a doll or if someone offers a split. I know that PinkPanther is currently looking in the marketplace - split section here on doa for people that might want items from the limited Jia, she only wants the doll. You could ask her if she would order the marshmallow guys for you.

I love the Marshmallow pets but I didn't order one because I already had soooo much in my cart and felt guilty buying even more LOL. It would be awesome to get one of the white guys
