Oh my goodness, such beautiful photos and such wonderfully dressed little ones! I'm too embarrassed to show any photos of my little girls as they are like the cobblers kids, they have no decent clothes to wear!!!!
I am taking a bit of a rest from commissions soon, so perhaps my little girls will get some new things then!!!!

 

Congrats on Teyla's arrival Jane. Everyone's girls are so beautifully dressed. Mabel says she's not showing her face until her new clothes arrive!

 

lucy and alice look lovely as usual and their house is gorgeous I bet you had fun creating that for them!

I know your girls always look gorgeous sharon, but I know what you mean about resting from commissions my knitting needles
have been down for a week whilst I turned to sewing for my girls, thought it was about time they had some attention, won`t be making a habit of it though, my girls only , so much detail and teeny tiny stitches ... I have great respect for you, mimi and carla!
back to the knitting tomorrow but only for my girls they need cardi`s now for summer evening chills!

I don't believe you Jane. I have tried patience and perserverence and I am going blind with those teeny tiny little outfits. I do think you, Mimi, Carla, and Sharon are very talented and much too modest.

I had a look at the end of the first thread to catch up on all the photos and then here. They are all so cute and their outfits are fabulous. Still waiting on my new little Belle. I think we might know her name, but we have to wait until she arrives and see if she agrees. You know how these little ones are, they like to have a say in the matter.

 

Valli, where is your Belle traveling from? I hope she gets home to you soon, you NEED a new dolly fix!

Here is my Maisie in one of Jenny's lovely dresses. She snaffled three off my secretdoll babies as they are "more my style"

 

She's coming from France so not that far away. She should arrive mid-week. I hope she gets here before Thursday or I shan't be able to collect her until Saturday. I'm full of butterflies!

She's gorgeous. I like the pigtails.

That really does suit her. So cute!

 

I had big plans for taking my girls in the garden today, but I am sat inside with a splitting migraine and a screaming baby.
so popped here for 5 mins... thanks for the pics of the new arrivals and congratulations carla and imajica they made me smile xx

Life really sucks sometimes, My daughters flat got broken into on friday night whilst she and her boyfriend were there with my 12month grandson asleep upstairs. Jack, charlottes boyfriend was beaten with a wine bottle across his head and then several times with a baesball bat and was unconscious for more than 10 mins he ended up being admitted to hospital and I have been consolling my daughter who had a near miss with the bat, the police have been round for prints pictures and statements, we have had to clear the flat of their belongings and clear the mess once the police allowed us in. Hence they are now homeless.
I am totally beside myself!

 

Oh Jane, that is terrible. I do not understand the world at all sometimes. You cant even be safe in your own home. Poor little baby must be so traumatised. Hugs and best wishes to you and yours, its going to take a long long time to get over this. I am glad our photos could bring you a small comfort for a short time.

 

Oh Jane that is awful, I just can't imagine how they will get over that. Big Hugs to all of you. xxx

thank you imajica and mimi silence has been restored for a while, never under estimate the power of white chocolate buttons.
I think alfie was unsettled by the upset , I am just thankful that nothing worse happened, although it has been quite bad enough. They are only young and had only recently got their own place and had hardly anything to steal! It was the masks and the bats that are terrifying.

My head has cleared a little and so took teyla into the garden for a quick pic and some peace and quiet,
just listening to the birds and insects

 

Jane, just read about your family's terrible ordeal on Flickr, I hope that they will be alright and that the awful memory will fade quickly for them.
And just to say, your little tanned girl is gorgeous, love her little outfit and Rupert Bear too.

Jane, just looking at your wonderful pics, your girls are so lovely--and then I saw what happened, I am so sorry!! For some reason I "expect" this sort of thing here in the US, it happens daily--I never think of it happening elsewhere. Sounds like they were after drugs and got the wrong place. I hope everyone will be ok.

Jane, it sounds like quite a traumatic experience for your family. Have the police caught the intruders? Jenny is right...I hear about things like that often here in California, but it always surprises me to hear about it in other places. I hope your family recovers and can put all that behind them.

 

Jane, I am so sorry to hear of such a terrible ordeal. I hope your son-in-law will come through okay. Thank God your daughter and grandson were not physically injured but I am sure they all will must be traumatized. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Wishing you all the best.

Carla and Imajica, your girls are so cute. Carla, I like the short wig better, it reminds me of the Jetsons (space age family cartoon) and makes her look futuristic.

 

Gorgeous pictures! Jane, what a terrible thing to happen! Like Jenny and clochette, we hear about this over here (I am near Philadelphia and home invasions are, sadly, pretty regular things), but I'm shocked to hear what happened to your family! And with a baby in the house! It just is so crazy - what are people like that thinking?! I, too, will keep them in my prayers and hope your loved ones are able to recover soon from such a traumatic event!

am totally shattered as charlotte ended up in casualty till 11pm last night with an asthma attack , but she is fine again now, so new week ... new start!

All the girls are looking lovely ... nice to see them enjoying the sunshine and competing with the beautiful flowers ! however they win hands down everytime LOL

 

Here is a picture of Loki wearing a PukiPuki wig. It fits amazingly well I think and I like this color on her for the summer.

 

Buttercup is soooo sweet, her name just suits her perfectly!

And how nice to see Jemima in the daisies--I love daisies, and am so happy to see GREEN instead of snow. Carla, you got your mystic Bayer? I am a bit behind on the board. Congrats!!

She's absolutely precious Jenny. Once I found the right wig, she came alive. She's gone to bed now, but had so much fun at her homecoming party. There are so many people to meet here, it's going to take her a while to get to know everyone. Lalique is delighted with her.

I think Belle is really cute too. I saw the new yellow size Belle and would really like her IF she didn't have the bruises/scars/dirt whatever it is! I really don't know much about the Bayer I got. She was over on the MP and the girl said she got Bayer from someone in France and didn't know who did the face up but it actually looks VERY factory professional. I wonder if someone had a Premium faceup done by Lati. Whatever the deal is...I think she turned out fab!! I was surprised at how well she photographed.
