A Komame would be to amazing, I would most certainly buy it.
I too feel as if there is a significant lack of MSDs and MDCs well there's always plenty of Dolpas to come. I definitely need some breathing time between Dolpa so I can save up at least some money. Urgh....Remi's cuteness is growing on me...evil when I thought I was safe this time.

What strikes me is the DD Lyrical Nanoha! Wow. However, I'm very broke! Blame Chris and Isao for grabbing my wallet first.

 

I'm safe from this DP. I like Irvin's wig only.

 

I am going to try for a Colin too. I agree with you, Kaelin's outfit and wig are so nice. I hope you get your Colin. I love that boy!

It may have already been solved though...Remi and Colin are not elves. I asked Volks about their ears shape and officially they are a human girl and a human boy. ^_^

 

Additionally on Remi and Colin -- I'm not sure if the headmold issue got cleared up but I asked Volks and they said Remi and Colin have the same headmolds.

 

I think i will go to this Dollpa, but i won't try to get any dolls.
In fact, i will go and Tenshi events too, lol

I will try the lottery only to check which number i could get, i'm weird i know, XD

the place is not so big, i think the easier place is in Front of the information corner or the scene, but 3 is the time of the bingo, so probably everybody will try it.

maybe arount 4:30, so after the events, front of the building, it will be better??

If I remember correctly, Yos go for $400-500, MSDs are $600-700, and SDs are around $900+.

 

I really "hate" Volks.... almost every other DP they have a SWD Lucas One Off I want one so bad

You can enter for a One-Off only at the event.

According to Volks News, they fit only DD M bust.

 

I know sometimes you can fit certain outfits on other sizes. For example, my SD13 Girls have been able to wear SD16 clothes that they said only fit SD16 Girls. I'm just wondering if the DD M bust girl is similar in size to the SD16 girls.

 

I have tried DD clothes on my Garnet before and it really depends on the material. If it has some stretch, you might have a chance. Otherwise, it won't fit. And DD skirts look super short on SD16s.

Hi, I read someone mentioned there would be next dolpha soon. Can anyone estimate when it would start? I was wondering about the date of the dolpha after march dolpha last year.

 

If you mean the Tokyo Dolpa 21, it will be on May 5th. There's a thread for it here

Sure. Dolpas in Japan do not have applications, that is a US only thing.

You just need to be in Japan and pay the admission fee. ^^; Generally 10,000+ people will attend.

I'm going to both the Kyoto Dolpa on Sunday and the GW one in May and I live in the US.

BTW generally it is written Dolpa since it is an abbreviation of Doll's Party. ^^;;

 

oh, I meant dolphas I can enter online. I cannot afford to go to Japan for dolphas.

Again, it is called DOLPA and not DOLPHA I know this is a bit pedantic but it will make it easier for you to find information out about upcoming events if you search on the correct term. There are no events called Dolphas in Japan OR in the US.

Generally the LEs from a Japanese Dolpa are offered to residents of North America via VolksUSA, WeLoveDolls and Kerbey Lane. The ones for this Dolpa are being offered and the ones for GW Dolpa will be offered as well.

You can enter the lotteries on line.

An easy way to remember that how it's spelled is to know what it means. Volks took the two words "Dolls" and "Party" and put them to create "Dol - PA". "Dolpa"="dolls party.

Since there isn't and "h" in there, then we shouldn't have trouble spelling it in the future.

I hope that helps anyone that is confused.

But I really really would like to have a go first time at the lottery for the MDD Fate/hollow Illya, will I be able to enter the lottery between the 22nd and 25th through the volks usa website? Or is it only for Japan residents?

 

The lottery is thru Volks USA and limited to US residents (or North American Residents I forgot)

You will put your order in during this 4 days. If they get more entries than they have dolls for, then they will draw the names of winners from the entries.

You will be asked to enter your credit card number when you placed your intend to order. Depending on the credit card company, you MAY have a temporary hold of that much fun on the CC you used. HOWEVER, no actual charge will go thru until you are confirmed as a winner.

Today I already bought SD Yo-Tenshi 'Mamu Sweet Dream Version, so tomorrow I will only look for the outfits ^^

 

Only residents of USA, Canada, and Mexico are allowed to the Volks USA lotteries. However you can try for your MDD on the international site held after Dolpa. They will be releasing info on that soon. Volks has started to use a lottery for online sales for the after event.

You can also contact Les Golfes to see if they will be getting any of the limited dolls. They are currently the only European dealer for Volks (although there are a few retailers in France and Germany that will be selling Volks dolls soon!)

 

oh is ok, I'm actually in Colorado for this year! I got my ticket today for illya and her coat! *squee* Hope I can be lucky!
