OMG Rose is exactly what I wanted in my SD girl... either a Momoko or Kurumi (I think I like Rose's refined face better than Momoko's original/Bianca at least from the photos). Then the Yos are just soooo cuuute!! Oh wow, this is the worst/best Dolpa ever for me. XD

Well, now that I know that the new boy is an SD13, I think that I am mostly safe for this Dolpa. I think that Seimei is going to need the outfit on the left though.

There are some amazing dolls and clothes coming out and I'm really excited to see what everyone gets! I'll have my fingers crossed for all of you!

Yup, it's definitely an F-35. The picture is a little high-contrast, but you can see her eyelid if you look close. I'm currently waiting for a F-35 to arrive so I'm pretty familiar with that face. She is lovely though!

She still looks different to me. In the sense that for some reason, the mold looks even prettier.
I guess it's the lighting and faceup.

 

And the wig really changes the shape of her face. But omg... I will be sooo very broke after these events! Even if I don't get a limited, the amount of vendors alone will probably break my wallet!

 

I'm just excited that they're making an outfit specifically for an SD16 boy. That means they haven't "killed off the mold" which I have feared since Reisner came out. And that doll on the right is definitely Yuki. (what did you mean, kangetsu, about a look-alike at half his price? that didn't make sense to me.)
The F-38 is a wonderful new sculpt. What I REALLY wonder, though, is whether we're going to be able to get SD16 and/or SD17 bodies with FCS. THAT would be my dream come true.
So are applications for this Dolpa already closed? I can't read any Japanese so unless someone can tell me, I'm lost.

Okay, I'm home. Wow, what an overload of images to come home to! I'll relink some of the images Nena already linked to further specify what I'm noting, but...

First of all: Sakaki and Yayoi are listed as being available for the "Tenshi no Sato Fourth Anniversary Fair". This isn't the same as the "Pre-Kyoto Dolpa 5 Evening Festival" that the white skin Yuu is being released at... however there's no other information about this supposed event currently at the Volks websites. So I don't know much about it. Sakaki's story does mention March however. I presume maybe this is an event at Sato during the day of that weekend? (Since the Evening Festival is, obviously, in the evening.) Will post more when I find out more. (The Japanese fans have no info yet either that I've found.)
Also, Yayoi is also pre-orderable at the event. Sakaki will only sell until sold out, but after Yayoi sells out, they will take a certain amount of pre-orders (as they do with general Dolpa dolls etc). The pre-orders will probably be delivered within a few months.
Yayoi also has a new unique type of wings. (As all YoTenshi each have their own different shape of wings.)

Rose and Bianka:
These two are a part of the Harajuku Memories storyline. They are friends and furthermore Luna is a friend of theirs. Their story is quite cute. ^^ They are both normal skintone so yeah, no white. Also, they both have the suwarikko body. They both come with the same dress set which is a BtSSB set. It has a fancy name that I think is French so I'm not 100% sure how to romanize it. ;P Robe a la Francaise or something like that? I don't like messing with languages I'm not familiar with. (^^; Both their headmolds are just listed as being designed by Zoukeimura and there is nothing about them being rereleases or anything. Again, the Japanese fans don't have further information rather than the same sort of speculation we've had.

Okita Souji:
Definately SD13 boy, yes. Definitely part of the "Echoes of a Beautiful Banquet" story arc. Also, he has long legs. (This is really becoming the norm for SD13 boy LEs, heh.)

Neon and Kanon:
So much cute -- these guys are the spirits of the melodies that live within humans' dreams. Yes, Neon is the boy, Kanon is the girl. They're both designed by Rumina.

FCS:
Yep, as has been pointed out, there is new MSD F-21 and F-22 and they're both fairy heads, as well as SD F-37 and F-38. I have heard absolutely no information about these otherwise - I have to assume they'll be released as a part of the Sato 4th Anniversary but I can't find confirmation of this yet. If I find further info I'll post it.
I did find some other information that in October of 2008 the price of FCS will go up. MSD will be 49,000yen (51,450yen with tax), SD10 boy/girl and SD13 girl will be 81,800yen (85,890yen with tax) and SD13 boy will be 87,000yen (91,530yen with tax). This is a 5,000yen (roughly $50) increase across the board.
They will however be adding other services to the FCS. There is nothing specifically laid out yet, but there is mention of extra head and body parts, a reorganization of the wig list, addition of more clothing options, and the addition of more new faceup services. Apparently these changes will occur at Sato and all Sumika stores, including the overseas stores.

These are three new wig styles, all Dollfie Dream. L-R is "School Girl Short", "Idol Medium" (as in, pop idol), and "Teenage Short". What with that and the focus on school outfits, I guess we're going for a teenager schoolkid theme this time around. I suppose it is the new term and all...

The BtSSB A&P set is an exact rerelease of the LA Dolpa version, so if you got that you won't need this one!

The three BtSSB shoes are L-R MSD, MSD and SD sized. The little silver ribbon at the top of the page is also available, it's a brooch.

These two outfits are specifically touted as Yukinojou sets - as in, it's in their name. They're both school outfit sets. (Geez, from all his school outfit sets he goes to school more than any of the other Tokyo Boys. )

Fwiw, several Japanese fans mentioned that the prominence of Jun and Tsukasa appearing in these pics might be a hint that they are being rereleased this year, and especially with it being the SD 10 year anniversary, it sure would be the right time for it. Just a RUMOUR mind you, so don't get too excited yet!

 

What I meant was that the F-38 looked so much like a Yukinojo that he could be a Yukinojo replacement for half the Yukinojo price (The aftermarket price for Yuki is around 2k) XD

Yayoi's seriously cute, I'm glad they're taking pre-orders as well for change! I like the more 'adult' seeming Yo heads, personally. In that regard, Neon and Kanon are also really awesome -- I really like their mouth shape in particular. For me though the real winner from all this overload (glut? ) of new info is the F-38 head. He's right up my alley. >D I hope that my Cecile-types don't decide they need more unexpected relatives to turn up... A couple of the clothing sets are also killing me though, blah. As if I have the money right now!

Well, I just got my Volks News in the mail along with my invitation to the Sato Members' Only event! I've been doing my best to translate it, but it seems like they're doing things all weekend! Starting at 8:30am on the 15th, folks line up in their parking lot, they'll start arranging the lottery for entry at 9. Then at 10 they open the doors & you enter according to your position in line. Then you get your ticket of the limited & if you're lucky, buy one! They've got Sakaki & Yayoi, plus 3 new Sakura Pink Yo-tenshi wings and 2 new pink & white large angel wings! Sakaki will be mine!

EDIT: They'll also have the new SD full choice items on display! But I don't think you can order them till the 16th & 17th... I'm not sure, still translating!

Okay Yayoi is stealing my heart. I think it is the eye shape. It has a similar pinched look that the Bambicrony Sisley does, and every time I see a doll with that look I'm totally LOST!! And I want Rose's wig. I adore that color. I am seriously wanting Kanon's outfit too... :dead:

I think I may have to re-arrange my FCS plans as well.

So, this is the confirmed info about the Tenshi no Sato 4th Anniversary Fair event. Thank you very, very much to PurgatoriX for providing detailed scans so that it could be translated.

If you're not interested in this event (Sakaki, Yayoi, new FCS) you can pretty much skip this post!


The event is for three days -- March 15th, 16th and 17th.

The 15th is the main event itself -- Sakaki and Yayoi willl be available on this day only. Sakaki will be available only until the limited stock they will have on hand is sold out. Yayoi will be available to be sold on the day and then pre-orders will be taken after the available stock is sold out. Although they say that they will accept orders for Yayoi during the whole event, this is up to a limited amount, so if they receive orders for Yayoi that fulfill that amount on day one, then they won't take orders on the remaining days. It's pretty likely IMHO that Yayoi pre-orders will be filled on the first day.
In addition to this they will be selling a limited number of the YoTenshi wings #1, #2 and #3 in 'sakura' colour, the pink colour. These tend to sell out very quickly, and they don't take orders beyond available stock.
Sakaki is 77,700yen with tax, Yayoi is 39,900yen with tax, and the wings are 4,725yen each with tax.
In addition, in the basement Sato store they will be offering the larger feathered SD wings that they sometimes sell, in white and pink, in large and small sizes. The large are 6,090yen with tax, while the small are 3,150yen with tax.

For FCS, the new FCS items will be on display at the FCS counter in the basement area, but there will be no orders taken. Merely, the items will be shown so that people can see what they look like. For these events Volks usually has blank headmolds available in all three skintones, and in addition will have usually 2-3 examples models of each new headmold with different faceups. Often they'll do both male and female models in different skintones and with quite different faceups to show how different they can look.

Starting on the 16th and the 17th, they will be taking FCS orders for the new items. They can only take a limited number of orders (because it takes so long to do FCS) so you usually have to take a number and get in line and hope that they can take your order before the day ends. (For this sort of thing, they take your name/number and call it out over the speaker system when your turn comes around, so you can wander the whole Sato building while waiting. So it's not an actual boring queuing experience, thankfully!)
You'll also in theory be able to get any of the available limited items at this time, but in reality they'll likely all sell out on the 15th, with the possible exception of the larger feathered wings.

For those wanting to attend on the 15th -- obviously, one needs an invitation, since it is a Sato event so VIP/VS invite only. You need to get to the car park by 8:30am, and queue up with the other fans attending. Between 8:30am and 9am they will hand out lottery tickets with numbers on them. At 9am the queue will be reformed according to the lottery numbers drawn. At 10am Sato will open allowing you to enter and purchase any items you want, until they are sold out. When you enter you need to have your Volks membership card, the invitation sent to you for the event, and proof of your actual identity (to match to your membership card/invite) in order to get in. In other words, you can't enter with a friend's membership card and invite. They make it very clear that you are not to give your invite to a third party and they will not allow people entering on other's invites if they catch them out.

For those attending on the 16th and 17th, you can enter at any time from 10am onwards, so long as you have your membership card, invitation and proof of identity. There is no queue in particular but if you want to order FCS it's best to get there early in order to have a chance to put your name down early.

Oh yeah, you can also have your Sakaki or Yayoi delivered directly to your house for an additional fee of 1,050yen. If you end up with a Yayoi pre-order (rather than doll in hand) you have no choice but to pay this fee.

Hmm, I think that's everything! Whew, I'm so excited about Sakaki and Yayoi, and the new FCS heads are so much awesome!

Anyways, I love those two new FCS MSDs! Especially the boy. Oh, I was all set to get a F-06 one day, but these two may mess up my plans :P. I also like a lot of Sumika clothes this time around. I really want that black frilly shirt and pinstripe pants set for my Amakusa. Damn you Volks, for tempting me .
