So much to see and do! The company turnout was amazing- the dealer's hall is jam-packed full of gorgeous stuff, and it's been an awesome experience meeting the artists and representatives responsible for all of these dolls. I had to leave early today, but I'll definitely be back tomorrow to take in more of the convention, and take a class as well. Lots of fun things to look at in the goodie bag. Migidoll's display was one of my favorites - so cute! so fluffy!! Bigger Migidolls on the other side of the booth. Doll Peddlar's booth, with tons of little dolls I'd never seen before. Love these chubby BongBong-Yi girls, with their sweet little outfits. Oscar Eyes was definitely one of the most popular booths at the convention. Everyone I met couldn't stop talking about them! I picked up a few pairs, and I noticed quite a few display dolls wearing them as well.
Oscar also had a one-off Rosen Lied girl on display (left), and an original sculpt on a Volks body (right)! Sherbert-colored handmade shoes at Marbled Halls... wish they'd fit my girls. I just love their poses and expressions. Batchix's adorable girls on display. Migi's one-off River is... super hot. TT_____TT Crobi boys modeling fur wigs from Crobi's wig-making class. An example kit from Crobi's class. Be With You's sculpting kit- I can't wait for their class tomorrow! Cool faceup progression from BNBDoll's faceup class.
Crobi's stunning one-offs. Xtremedolls' one-off Kumiho. Not sure who made this doll, but she was so delicately sculpted! Be With You's boy in traditional Korean costume. More traditional goodness from Migidoll. BNB's lovely one-off boys. One-offs from DreamingDoll and XtremeDolls. Peakswoods' team of butlers!
Be With You's booth was a lot of fun. The representative had extra dolls at the booth to demonstrate all their little engineering tricks- locking legs, silicone in the joint sockets, and the movable eye mechanism. The Age27 boys are absolutely massive, and I'd love to get one (or two!) someday. Crobi had their full range on display- so many sweet sculpts. I wish they'd brought some of their wigs to sell, too! Sweet and frilly display from Rose Garden. Enchanted Doll had over a thousand eyes on display, and even more stock that didn't fit on their tables! Their representative called it their "kingdom of eyes". I'll have one of everything, please. ;w;
Peakswoods had three full tables of dolls, all gorgeous and all extremely tempting. Fortunately, a friend of mine brought home the Hucky on the far left, so I can live vicariously through her! ;3 The Monthly Fairies have so much personality. New Vampire (left) and Elf (right) Tristans. They come with nail art- how amazing is that?! I'm obsessed with how elegantly their hands are sculpted, too. New Dandy boys on the other side of the booth. They look great in Sadol. Can you tell I'm in love with Peakswoods now? ;____;
And my personal favorite pair. Those outfits...! --- That's the end of my photo dump. If anyone affiliated would like larger copies of the photos of their dolls, please contact me! And I can't wait to see everyone else's photos from today and from the rest of the weekend. See you at the con tomorrow!
Thank you so much for posting these beautiful pictures! I'm sad I couldn't make it but with your photos I almost feel like I'm there :')
Thank you so much for posting all of these gorgeous photos. I especially appreciate the opportunity to see the new Juno from Crobidoll! Everyone's dolls and eyes look gorgeous!
Yay for awesome photos! Oh man! The Crobi wig workshop looks fantastic! I love the sculpting kit too! Good grief! I hope this happens again next year! AND PLEASE KEEP POSTING PICTURES EVERYONE!!!

i definitely regret not being able to go for more than half a day! there was so much i wish i could of done, the sculpting class looked so awesome!! but i couldn't get off of work i absolutely fell in love with the migidoll boy sculpts! i had a nice chat with one of the workers they were all very nice i wish i could have bought so many dolls! i am now going to save up some funds and get one i wish i could have bought one while they were there could have saved on shipping lol edit: did anyone catch the name of the sculpt for the Migidoll boy that was given away for the raffle?
Thank you so much for all of the lovely pictures, everyone! Please, do keep them coming if you can. Personally, I like the overlapping pictures. It's nice to see what the dolls and displays look like from different angles / distances. Please let us all know if anyone figures out who that mysterious dreaming doll is, because her sculpt is absolutely precious. All of you take such lovely pictures. I'm glad everyone had so much fun!
This gorgeous is a Mayfair doll made by the dark Tales dolls. She is sold through Jpopdolls. Here she is fully customized by Grace as a Rain Goddess.
Wow, I'm in love with the Peakswoods Segi girl! Did Peakswoods happen to say when they would release her?
Thank you everyone who is taking the time to post in this thread. What great pics. I'd love to be able to attend an event like this in the UK. I've seen at least three dolls I'd love to own, and now deeply regret not buying the PW vampire girl
I took a quick pic with my cell, so I apologize for the poor quality. Here are the gifts we received at the Crobi Doll closing dinner, which were so unique and thoughtful to the theme: Inside the beautiful Korean bag was wormwood tea and garlic flakes, a handmade mini Korean journal, pins and a pair of Tiger and Bear dolly headbands.
Thanks for the kind words, everyone! I'm still trying to improve my photography, and this was a pretty great place to practice. ^^ Segi's actually available on the Peakswoods site right now as a basic model- I'm sure you could ask them to do a faceup to match that display model! --- I ended up attending a lot more panels and events than I'd planned to, but it was totally worth it! One of my favorites was the Mini/tiny doll gathering- a friend brought in a ton of props and foliage for an amazing little photo space. Lots of cute dolls turned up to sit in it! I just couldn't get enough of this Lati(?) girl. Happy family! And Kaelin made a friend.
I believe the Rhett doll was purchasable, as I've seen other people discussing how they were tempted to buy the company's closing doll Bear. Normally Crobidoll doesn't open up event dolls for sale outside of the event, to my knowledge. It appears that his face mold (San-ho) is a new one that they've never released before.
As everyone else has said, Be With You's sculpting class was awesome. Mr. YG is insanely talented- Be With You is a one-man operation in nearly every aspect, and he's actually done a lot of work on commission for other Korean doll companies. Most of Crobidoll's bodies were sculpted and engineered by him. There were really nice snacks and tea, but they ended up ignored because everyone was too focused on sculpting Ms. Cholong kept commenting on how intense we were, haha. The kit! We each received Mr. YG's base head kit, plus a tool kit with a little metal spatula, an awl, a chopstick, and a needle. The base head came with grid eyes (to help you check your eye symmetry) and a set of teeth that could be placed onto the base head in certain ways to affect its character. He showed us how a higher jaw gives the face a younger feel to it, while a lower jaw looks more mature. He also demonstrated how you could pad the back of the tooth part with clay to give the head an underbite or overbite. There were so many details I'd never even considered before! And the tooth part is just fun to mess around with. They set up a video display so we could watch Mr. YG's demonstrations, but he also came around a lot to help us each individually. Setting up the head. He showed us how to flesh out the face- forehead, sides, chin- before building up areas like the brow and cheeks. He made it look so easy. TT_____TT Here he's demonstrating how he sculpts with his thumbs by using them to push the clay on opposite sides of the face at the same time. This helps you keep things symmetrical and smooth. I also found it interesting that the tools he gave us could all be used for carving and smoothing the clay. Here he's fixing my head's wonky eyelids and smoothing them at the same time with the spatula. A lot of the tricks he showed us were surprisingly simple, but hard to master. Fortunately the oil clay is reusable, so we can keep practicing. The other attendees were doing really great work- even Migidoll's sculptor showed up to practice a little! I wish we could've taken a group photo of all of our heads at the end, but since the class ran so late, most people left at different times.
Since the sculpting class didn't have enough time allotted (we were only about halfway through by the time it officially ended) Ms. Cholong and Mr. YG generously offered us an extension after the closing banquet. I ended up buying a banquet ticket at the last minute, and I'm so glad I did! We sat at the Be With You table. The centerpiece doll's outfit was made by an award-winning Korean costume designer, and later, Hautedoll raffled off a female companion doll that was also designed by them. Mr. YG's gift to each of us was a head from the Baby line- we were all so blown away. The eye mechanism he engineered for them is seriously impressive. Dinner was excellent, and all of the speeches given were incredibly emotional. These companies and artists are seriously devoted to their fans, and I'm so grateful I had the chance to meet so many people that I've admired for so long. The best part was just how positive everyone was, and how kind they all were to each other. The event really brought us all together. I'll always be glad to have had this experience.
The sculpting class and the closing banquet look exquisite! I should have stayed for the closing banquet, but I had a very long drive back home, and my husband still had to stop by work for an hour after I got back. (It would have been at midnight or later if I'd stayed for the banquet.) I'm dying to know about the eye mechanism! If one of you folks who were lucky enough to get the head happens to feel like it, pictures would be wonderful! Who (if anyone) got the stunning tan Crobidoll couple? I'm still pining after the girl. Everything about her was just flawless.
I just want to scream because the timing of this con was impossible for me to make. Thank you all for sharing these photos. I am sorry to hear about Ms. Cholongs departure. If there IS another KBJD con I will def commit to attending, from the pics the con surpassed my expectations 110%!
Peak's Woods didn't say, expressly, when the Segi would be out (at least not to me) but I couldn't get past what a great Hermione Granger she'd make. Lol! Keep an eye out of her. In person, she's even more overwhelming than the photos let on!
I see couple of my dollies in the photos! Thanks so much for posting! I really had an extraordinary time at the con. Meeting the artists was an awe-inspiring experience. At the end I was fortunate enough to take home… well, the doll of a lifetime for my family and me. We were all so touched by the way the artists showed up in spite of Korea being in a state of national mourning due to the Sewal tragedy. There were times when our whole table was in tears. For me, the most precious aspect of this hobby is the international ties that are formed, and I hope the artists felt our love!
Success! I did a little digging and i think his sculpt was Migidoll's M-cute Mir, (the boy in the raffle) can anyone confirm? And yes i agree, i am extremely glad i went and i really do hope that there will be another event like this, there were so many beautiful dolls and all the companies were very nice and informative. I loved being able to see all these dolls up close, no photos can do justice on how beautifully made and clothed these dolls were. I am happy that i made the decision to go even if only for alittle bit. This was my first convention so i'm sad to hear that Ms Cholong will be leaving. She was such a ball of energy and she seemed like so much fun, im sad i didn't get to attend more of her events also thank you everyone for posting all your pictures, in my excitement i didnt take any photos lol
Ah! Ghostdollie! You're the lady with all that costume and casting talent! Your dolls knocked me back (especially the mountain girl whose outfit -- to me -- looked Inuit)! And totally in agreement about the bravery with which our Korean guest tackled the ferry tragedy. It's overwhelming, what happened. After it was mentioned, our guests tried to comfort the upset Americans around them. I hope they feel the great respect and esteem we hold them in. They are awesome people who do awesome things, and bring joy to scores of people.
Yes, the Rhett doll was up for purchase. I don't know if someone nabbed him, but you could always query the company.
Okay, not of the dolls at the Con, but these are my two new Peak's Woods dolls from the KBJD Convention. So you can't as much see Cristobel, my Vampire Lady Alice, in this first picture, because my Mina (Vampire Leo) is such a little ham! But you can see that Cristobel has an unusual resin colour, which is not the traditional Peak's Woods gray. She's a smoky bluish gray, in fact, and her resin is perfectly blushed. Something about her is opal-like. Mina (actually a Leo) is blushed in a really novel way too! There's extensive blue around her eyes, almost merging with the pink of her little vampire cheeks. I liked this because it looks like she's slowly transforming into the same sort of vampire child as -- I would speculate -- older Cristobel. Now... if only my Leo would stop explaining he's a boy. Lol! Oh! Cristobel's outfit was from the Doll Peddler table (thanks to those cool ladies and puppy Maggie) (also Hugs!)!
Magic Bunny! You and your sister are the nicest, most fun pair ever, and made me feel so welcome! What a pleasure meeting you! The little blue vampire is yours?! I idolize her!!! i'm still floating in a happy bubble of convention goodness, aren't you? (p.s. I got King Sejong!)
WAUGH! It's Ghostdollie! <waves> You were a blast. I think I might have babbled a bit there because I couldn't believe you were not only casting some of your dolls, but building these amazing, highly accurate outfits -- the Samurai outfit, I mean... I just gave up. Too much talent! I swear the doll shops would be like HECK YEAH put that on my dolls -- slather it on my dolls! over that kind of work. Ah! And it was great fun meeting you because, in spite of all your skills, you're so modest about your work! So, yeah, mutual! XD I was on the con-bubble all morning, in fact. Now I'm at the point where I realize what I'm in for tomorrow (having taken that foreign thing called a va-ca-tion) and I'm missing everyone instead! NO CON BUBBLE! DO NOT POP!!! NOOOOOEEEE! I do hope to hear from Peak's Woods when they get back -- I dunno if they'll post something up about the show. But I really adore them, and I'm hoping they get home safely and are happy! Oh! And I hope they're still riding the Con-bubble too. I feel like they really understood they were welcome and had American fans! O. M. G. PLEASE post piccies of King Sejong! He's gorgeous!!! I about died when I realized the historical Sejong created the Korean written language. It's funny that I learned a lot just being there. I really also learned about the generosity in Korean culture, and their tenacity. Yeps -- I have the ickle blue vampire and what would have been her brother. I bought the blue vampire-bebe shortly after I saw her, because cute! Shortly before the end of the last day I finally gave in and snatched up her vampire 'brother', the Leo who is now Mina. Sort of. Lol! But there's only so much you can do with a single carry-on bag. Lol! So the big dolls were off my menu, particularly after my sis won a beautifully blushed Dreaming Doll MSD! Hm. Now that I look at the pics back, I'm sort of... I've had Amalthea reclining there since summer, but suddenly it looks like: Whoops.
I forgot to post one photo, because it was crappy and on my cell phone and I found it by accident today! My girl with April's Iplehouse Rex. He's dreamy!
Chobi - THANK you for the wonderful photos! I didn't take as many of the dealers - and you got some great shots of the Oscar eyes - and Yay - great shots of the sculpting tea! I was in the Crobi tea (and so busy making a wig and book to take photos) - so I'm amazed you got photos as it went. For those who asking - my friend 'S' got the two tan Crobi dinner dolls. She's not on DOA. But I'm sure those in SD will see them at events
It's a shame that we won't be able to see pictures of the two tan dinner dolls on DOA, but total congratulations to "S" for managing to get both dolls together! It's so nice that both dolls will be able to stay in a set. Thank you for letting us know who ended up buying those two beauties.
Kalhirst - oh don't despair - you'll see plenty of pictures of them. I'll take photos - and all the SD crew will, and April will post some as well I'm sure. There are plenty of snap happy DOA members in the area to take photos and post them for my friend 'S'. You should ask April for photos of Scarlet - the opening dinner doll - she was STUNNING. I loved her more to be honest - her green gown was so pretty. April gave in and got her on the last day.
Thanks Chobi for the wonderful photos! Your little baby head is adorable. I was very impressed with the moving eyes also. I'm a little sad that I just didn't buy a little one, but Mr. YG said that he will release other skin tones in the near future which I'm looking forward to.
justkatie179, elf-ears, nimbusdrake- thanks again for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoy the photos. Staria, if you'd like higher quality versions of any of the photos I took, feel free to PM me!
elf-ears---YAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!! For S!!!!!!!!!! She got the PAIR??? Gah, that is so great!!!! I'm SO glad that pair got to stay together!!!! They were just AMAZING!!!! I only got crappy shots of that Crobi Tiger Bear couple-- 14-04-KBJDShow_6357-crobidoll one-offs by aprilllee, on Flickr I would have jumped over to the Crobi table to scream, but I was off to buy the White Tiger BNB boy at my table. I LOVED his human form, too, but as much as I wished to, I couldn't buy ALL the lovely dolls!!!! It was SO frustrating seeing so many RIGHT THERE and not being able to save up for them all!!!! But... I did get this guy in white. The Closing Banquet BNB One-Off White Tiger version (the other is his human form). He is a spirit of the mountains (or The West), a symbol of courage, power and luck. 14-04-KBJDShow_6364a by aprilllee, on Flickr GAH my photos suck so much--the light was dim and my camera little and hopeless...! The official photos are much nicer (and Chobi's too!)-- Kbjdshow.com I was messing about with Paypal on cell phones trying to pay... which took ages... plus BNB had to pack the doll up. And then I had to rush back to YG's (Be With You Doll) special continuation of the Sculpting class! He was just SO nice to stay up late to finish it with us!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't tell you how wonderful everyone was--so nice! I really wish more people could have come to experience it all. The sculpting class was more fun than I have had in a long time. I LOVE art classes and learning new stuff. I've never wanted to actually sculpt any faces (I'm more of a 2D person), but this really was fun. The base YG made to sculpt on made it so you could tinker with the features but still have a really nice shape to start with--so you almost couldn't go wrong! It was kind of relaxing pushing the clay around on that form. Seriously--I was on a kind of creative high just playing around with the base-head and tools and all... And he would check with everyone and do hands-on to show you what to do... and it was so CLEAR even though he was speaking Korean through a really good and enthusiastic interpreter (who really knew what was going on and was very helpful in his comments, too). It was funny--he had these big boys, then the cute little tinies! And they really were adorable! I know someone who snapped one up right away, and rightly so! sidroq-- Great to see you at the Iplehouse mini-meet at the KBJDshow. I wish I'd have had time to actually change my Rex out of the clothes he's been in for the past half YEAR!!!! but I'm lazy and there's just been a lot happening. I'm happy to have been able to bring him along to the con, even though he about pulls my arms off doing so!!! I wanted to get one of YG's big boys... but was trying NOT to buy larger-than-70cm boys... but I'm caving... His guys were really tempting. So nicely engineered and in proportion! And with the eye-moving mechanism and silicone built in the joints and special chest-joint lock so it doesn't move way out of place... 14-04-KBJDShow_6471_bewithyou by aprilllee, on Flickr I did the Faceup Workshop with the owner of BNB Dolls--who started as a well-known faceup artist in Korea and then started her own company. I'll try and post a more in-depth photo-review of that later... 14-04-KBJDShow_6389-faceupdemowithNornen by aprilllee, on Flickr Chobi--Your photos are BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for taking so many great photos and really giving everyone a great view of the show--and saving nice memories for us. And thank your friend for bringing in that really adorable diorama/photo-taking station for the Little dolls mini-meet panel. Loved that so much! MagicBunny-- You got the Tiny grey PeaksWoods girl? There were lots of people who were sorry that one got sold! JustKatie179-- Ms Cholong was totally crying at the Closing Banquet--so happy to have had everyone at the KBJD Show, and saying she loves dolls so much and wanted so much to support Korean Artists... and then that she had to go on to other job opportunities (not dolls), but was so sad to leave. It was a bit of a shock, since I was hoping she would stay to build this KBJD Show into something bigger and better for everyone--but I don't think that will happen without her behind it. I hope it will, but I don't know who would take her place to try and organize such a thing... It really is a LOT of hard work. It came off amazingly well, considering it was her first big convention to run. The only bad thing was that there were not more attendees... nimbusdrake-- Gah--The Crobi gift tiger-ears headband is ADORABLE!!!! Cool that you got on that table. It was pretty full fast, because of those gorgeous dolls. I was glad not to be able to get on it because I didn't want to try for both of them, and they really should be a pair together... As it was, I broke up the lovely Crobi Scarlett and Rhett pair!!! Made me feel guilty (somehow! I'm getting a bit insane regarding bjds, I think!). orangecornelius--Yes, the Crobi Rhett Butler Gone With the Wind-inspired doll was available for sale. He was adorable, but I could only get the Scarlett. Crobi has him listed on their website as Sold Out, but maybe they will put him up for sale there if no one snapped him up at the very last minute. I know people were looking at him with longing, but last I saw, he was still available... ghostdollie-- You got King Sejong? Congratulations!!!! There were so many heart-breakingly lovely dolls there! I'm so glad he went home with someone. And the mention of the Ferry disaster... That is such a horrific event. I think they said that it was difficult to be celebrating with such a tragic event happening. It really was so generous of them all to come over and be with us anyway. (Is there some sort of fund for the victims of the Ferry disaster? One feels so helpless and unable to do anything about it...!) I feel like I have made great friends with so many people there--even though I spent only a few minutes with them, really! It was just that kind of event, I think. One of the best I've experienced in my 10 years of being into bjds...!
They said they would maybe put her up in about ten days ^_^ I fell in love with her... She will be my first SD. She really does remind me of Hermione
Hi April! Lol! I cannot believe you got that white tiger. I couldn't have gotten him safely home on the flight, but I was staring holes at him (you can't stare holes into a mountain spirit -- not possible)! Lol! Do you also mean that you got that incredible Scarlett? Her skin was so fair, and her hair and outfit so dark in contrast. She had the most romantic face! Well done! XD
Hi PuffyPuff! I don't know if you're the small, excited Asian girl who was standing at the Peak's Woods table with me, but if you aren't I can tell you there are already fans for freckled Segi-chan! You are not alone! (I also thought she was stand out, even at that table, which is saying something as you well know!) If you are her then 'Hello again! And <squee> -- was so nice to meet you and to be able to join in your fun, choosing between dolls!' But, either way, I will cross my fingers that you get her! She's really a bright, blithe doll! (And what a face-up!)
Thank you guys for your wonderful photos!! I really hope I can make it to a convention like this one day >< I wanted to go to this one but I couldn't save in time gaaah!! >< Your photos made me happy just to be there in spirit ^^ Even the food looked good!!
Yes that is me!! I should've bought Chi Chi, the little red riding hood while I was there! I am so full of regrets now. I keep going back to look at their website to see when they are going to put Segi up >_<. It was nice to meet you too! Haha, I was REALLY REALLY excited about her! I'm usually blase about SDs, but for some reason I WANT her! She can tower over all my MSDs :P I am poring over flickr trying to find more and more pictures of the Segi at the table.
Yes. So much for my efforts to not buy more dolls! I just couldn't resist. Scarlett was just sitting there in the Sellers room. I hated to break her up from Rhett, but I had to do it, finally! I was staring at her all through the Opening Dinner, but I guess it wasn't enough. And then, staring at the BNB White Tiger just got to me, too! His human form was wonderful as well, but white long hair does something for me... (and it gradated to blue, which was too cool!). Those freckled PeaksWoods Pre-Orders were ADORABLE. Seriously cute faceups [edit: meant FACES] and amazing faceups!!!! and 10% off... but... gah... I am SO out of money, now!!! Oh--That little Red Riding Hood was very nice!!! I'm trying not to get that much into tinies, so I was trying hard to resist her cuteness every time I walked by! I'm so glad you got her! 14-04-KBJDShow_6525a by aprilllee, on Flickr See-- horribly out of focus! Thank goodness Chobi got so many good shots! 14-04-KBJDShow_6507a by aprilllee, on Flickr
iaburto has some very nice photos up on flikr-- https://www.flickr.com/photos/iaburto/sets/72157644382212153/ (link snagged from FB)
Is the identity of this lovely beauty still unknown? Thank you for posting those flickr picture links, April! It's nice to see closeups of some of the dolls that haven't been posted here yet. edit: It won't let me link, but I mean the pink haired doll with the crooked white hat. She's featured in that flickr album.
Anyone else having major regrets on not buying certain dolls now that all these pictures are being posted? I know i am @___@;;
Who would you have wanted? ("all of them" is a valid answer, but it's fun to hear the specifics, too!) I think this feeling is very normal. I kept thinking--the dolls are right there! No shipping! And I can really see what they look like close-up in real life! It's not an opportunity you get when most all dolls are bought and sold online. Even grabbing the two from the Banquet tables I sat at (tables chosen for the pretty dolls, of course!)... I still wish I could have squeezed in a few more! (But then, I think I'm well into crazy-territory when it comes to bjds!) I wish I could have gotten the other parts of the pairs--Crobi Rhett and Scarlett, and BNB Human and White Tiger! Still sad about breaking up the pairs!!! BNB White Tiger and Human Form-- 14-04-KBJDShow_6364a by aprilllee, on Flickr I am kind of wishing I'd grabbed a big Be With You boy. Wish I'd got the guy they had at the CLosing Banquet! Just look at all the doll-boxes in the photo--Just makes me go all grabby-hands at those dolls being THERE and ready to go! 14-04-KBJDShow_6465a_bewithyou-yg by aprilllee, on Flickr Also, there were so many adorable tinies there!!! Loved the little Croibi guys they had for the Workshop/Tea. The little Peakswoods--gah! So many cuties! The tiny Be With Yous, and Migidolls... there were so many of them just SITTING THERE! ... and I'm not even so into tinies (although I have 'em, of course... mostly micro-tinies, fairies, anthros, etc.). Those DreamingDoll girls in those fabulous outfits were so wonderful... Wanted some of those in traditional Korean outfits. Really was taken with this Crobi-- 14-04-KBJDShow_6567a by aprilllee, on Flickr I was almost going to go for him before Scarlett, but the Crobi folks said I should get her because she's a one-off and I could get one like him later... but wah! Want HIIIIIIMMMMMM!!!!!! I was wearing a path in the Sellers Room going between the Crobi and this guy on the left from MigiDoll-- 14-04-KGBDShow_6481_Migidoll by aprilllee, on Flickr Liked this MigiDoll on the right with dark hair, too. 14-04-KBJDShow_6484a by aprilllee, on Flickr And MigiDoll's limited River-- 14-04-KBJDShow_6474a_Migi-River by aprilllee, on Flickr And walked past Crobi's Rhett and Scarlett dolls, ending up getting Scarlett as the Room was closing-- 14-04-KBJDShow-Crobi_6572a by aprilllee, on Flickr *sigh* Just so many wonderful dolls. Too many, really! But I have to be thankful for what I have! I am just way too fortunate in dolls to complain. {gah... can't believe how craptastic my photos are! I'll blame the dim light and my toy-like camera, but this happens too often to really think that's all it is!}
is 'all of the Migidoll table' too general? lol no actually they had a head with face up for sale that I kept waffling on, (i also really wanted some wigs). I took a picture of him i'll post it in a minute its on my phone. I did not have enough cash on me to purchase so i decided to wait and think about it, and hope that i would be able to get off work in time to go on Saturday to get him. I did end up going back on Saturday for the raffle, and with cash on hand to buy the head... and then noticed the exhibit hall had already closed. ;____; i didn't notice until after i arrived that the hall had closed early at 2.. the second doll that I absolutely fell in love with was the Migidoll Raffle boy they were giving away. I really really really wanted him but since it was a raffle i knew my chances weren't that great. I think the boy was a Migidoll M-cute Mir? I'm not too sure, i forgot to ask his sculpt before i left, but i'm looking for a confirmation of the sculpt so i can get him from the migidoll website. I really liked some of the One off dolls but i knew they were out of my budget so i just admired them from afar. Scarlett was gorgeous you are very lucky The Peakswood table had some adorable tinies too! I also was thinking of getting on lol so many doll companies i hadn't even heard of had such beautiful dolls! I think i'm now in love with Migidoll's sculpts i was talking with one of the helpers at the migidoll table and he gave me alot of good information and was a nice chat, i feel bad i wasn't able to go back in time and buy the doll.
