I'm hoping this will work. I've tried several times to enter this pattern and keep getting bumped out. I made CindyLew's MSD Cardigan for my Volks MSD Guenevere (Mika), and wanted to make something for her to wear with it. I thought a nice straight skirt would work nicely. Yarn: fingering weight. I used On Your Toes Bamboo yarn in Dark Sage Needle Size: US 2 (2.75mm) double-pointed needles. Gauge: approximately 7 stitches/1" Cast on 60 stitches. Divide evenly among your double-pointed needles and join. Knit in rounds until skirt is approximately 1" shorter than you want it. Guen's was about 4" long before I started the decrease rows. Switch to working in rows (you'll remain on the dpns). This will create an opening that allows you to get the skirt on over your doll's hips. Decrease rows: Row 1: K5, slip one, knit one, pass slipped stitch over knit stitch (SKP), K16, K2tog, K10, SKP, K16, K2tog, K5, turn work (do not continue around) Row 2 (and all even rows): Purl, turn Row 3: K5, SKP, K14, K2tog, K10, SKP, K14, K2tog, K5, turn Row 5: K5, SKP, K12, K2tog, K10, SKP, K12, K2tog, K5, turn Row 7: K5, SKP, K10, K2tog, K10, SKP, K10, K2tog, K5, turn Row 8: Bind off in purl Weave in ends. Sew a snap or hook and eye to opening edges at waist.

Oh my! Let me look into it. I'll try to get that fixed. Let's see if this works: https://photos.app.goo.gl/xuf9hCivwg8mIpQj1 https://photos.app.goo.gl/9cqO6vdVYdVJ2TcF2 (I checked and they worked for me, but please do let me know if you still can't see them.)
