      Legwarmers

      Size: For SD sized dolls.

      Gauge: 12 sts x 16 rows = 1" on sz #1 needles.

This pattern is made to be worked flat, but can be very easily adapted to dpns by subtracting 2 sts and working in the round.

      Make 2
CO 39 sts with sz #1 needles. Work 1x1 rib for 3/8".
Switch to St st and work even for 4.75".
Work another 3/8" in 1x1 rib, BO in pattern.
      Weave in ends!

    2. The conversion really would be just to write the pattern for crochet. Leg warmers are pretty easy to do, and you dont need that much yarn. If I were you I would just experiment, you can crochet a tube, or flat and just sew up the seam. Just make sure you don't make them too tight to go over the feet.

    3. Very nice sweater :D ... and your doll, too.

    4. I really like these patterns. I have made the leggings with Aloft Lace yarn and smaller needles. Thanks for the patterns.

    5. Since this was first posted in 08 I might not get an answer, but I was wondering what size yarn or thread was used here

    6. This sweater is just gorgeous, but I have the same question as Maniah, Can you tell us the size of the thread of the yarn?

    7. I sent her a pm and asked, and she says she is pretty sure it was lace weight.

    8. I just tried this pattern out with lace yarn and it worked perfectly! Thank you so much for the pattern

    9. Thank you for sharing. I'm an avid knitter for humans, but I am new to the doll world, and am looking forward to creating some miniature wonders.

    10. So glad someone confirmed the yarn weight. I have loved this simple sweater for a long time but kept putting other projects ahead of it for various reasons. Now my big stumbling block has been removed. And I have just the lace weight for my Segi. Switching tomorrow.

    11. I wonder how easy this would be to convert to an SD boy size... Pretty sure his everything is much wider than the model's. And damn, I think he needs those leg-warmers too '3'

    12. Use a slightly thicker yarn and go up a couple of needle sizes! It may take a bit of trial and error to get the fit just the way you like it, but that's all part of the joy of knitting. ;)

    13. Thanks so much~! Just in time for winter~<3

    14. Thank you so much for sharing that pattern! I really love the scoop neck! (Will try next year whether it can be downsized for MSD by just taking smaller needles ;))
