Easy Peasy Shrug This shrug is an easy knit that only requires a bit of increasing and decreasing for a curved and fitted neckline. Sizes: SD (shown on CP large bust,) and MSD, (Shown on Mythdoll girl.) MSD size will be shown in parenthesis (). Where there are no parenthesis, instructions apply to all sizes. Gauge: 12sts x 16 rows = 1" is st st on sz #1 needles. Note: When Casting on and binding off, leave a 12"+ tail for sewing up the sleeves. CO 34(24) sts on sz #1 needles. Work in st st for 6"(4.5") With right side(RS) facing, BO 2 sts, k to end of row. WS: BO 2, p to last 2 sts, k2. RS:K2, k2tog, k to end of row. WS: K2, p to last 2 sts, k2. Keeping 2 sts of garter and both sides, dec 8(6) MORE times on the right edge only. 9(7) total. Work even (with garter edges) for 1.75"(1.5") Mirroring the decreases, inc1 EOR 9(7) times on the right edge. CO2 sts on both outside edges. Work in St st for 6"(4.5") BO Sew up sleeves to the garter edge on both sides. 6"(4.5") Weave in ends. Enjoy!
