I finally got around to finishing my MSD version of the infamously confusing wrap sweater. Sizes: This should fit a variety of Mini-sized dolls, but it fits both my DIM Happy body and Mythdoll girl body very well. Materials: Laceweight natural fiber yarn. It's very important that whatever is used can be blocked well. US sz 3 straight needles or DPNs worked flat. Gauge:16 stitches x 20 rows in St st on size 3 needles makes 2"x2". note:Make sure that you wind a small ball of your yarn for the armhole or have another skein to work off of. Body (1) CO 20 stitches on sz 3 needles and work in St st for 9 inches. Armhole: With k side facing, k 10 sts, BO 3sts, k to end of row P row, tying on a new ball for the second leg. K to hole, BO 1 st on second leg, k to end. P to hole. BO (purling) 1 st on second leg, p to end. K 8, inc1, k 1, (hole) k 1, inc1, k 7. Purl row K 9 Cast On 3, continue other leg with same ball. Break off other ball. Back: Work St st for 2.5" Repeat armhole section. Body (2) Work in St st for 9 inches, BO. BLOCK! Sleeves: (make 2) CO 17 sts, work in St st for 4.5" BO loosely. BLOCK! Mattress stitch or seam sleeve seams and sew into body. Weave in ends. Hooray!
