haha March seems to be the month when all the old projects are coming back! I'm glad! I was wondering whatever happened to Kitpandi-- it looks like you cast some parts in resin and are modifying them? I'll keep an eye out for your blog entries.
All parts are 3D printed, actually! Technically this Kit bears no direct relation to the wax version, since I completely resculpted her in zBrush. Took about two months of pretty solid work -- I was unemployed at the time -- but I think it was worth it to not have to do any casting! XD
I got Kit's new arm today! And it works! Well, okay, the shoulde joint was too big -- I think I had originally intended to recut the torso sockets and reprint, but there was a gap of about a year when I didn't work on her, and I'd forgotten. But I think I want to scale down the shoulder a little, and then fix the torso to match. But I have a working double-jointed elbow!
So cute!!! I saw this on your blog and i absolutely love the heart shaped foot pads? lol the bottom of its foot.
