I am willing to pay $400 plus calculated shipping.
I will pay for the cost of shipping materials and/or travel costs

Modifications may lower what I am willing to pay.
I may be willing to pay more for default or professional quality face-up.
I have some troubles with paypal doing international payments, but I can work around this most of the time.
