Kaye Wiggs Laryssa Elf w/pink skin

I would like to sell (mods, if this is the wrong place to post this, I'm sorry!)
a Kaye Wiggs Laryssa elf. She is 45cm tall in pink skin.
She does need to be re-strung as her arms are swingy.
I found a few that have sold on here but none of them mention the size...
I'm not sure if she was only produced in the 45cm tall one, or if the ones I
found were smaller?
I'm having trouble pricing her, can anyone tell me what a ball-park price would be?

If price checks aren't allowed... can somebody tell me if the Laryssa elf with pink skin
by Kaye Wiggs only came in the 45cm size, or smaller ones too?
