Kaede's Enchanted Doll's Eyes

* What did you order? two pairs of custom eyes
* When did you order? first pair on June 24th and the second pair on July 5th (the order wouldn't have gone ahead before July 10th)
* How was the communication? Excellent, I received fast replies to every message I sent and I received an inquiry of my shipping address as the eyes were leaving customs
* How easy was it to pay? Easy for me as I used a national bank transfer (same country as her)
* How long did it take to ship? It took two months for ED to ship them to Kaede, but she sent them the very day they arrived to her from customs
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? No, but this is ED's problem and I was prepared for this and did my research
* Were you satisfied with the product? yes
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? -
* Would you order from this company again? Yes
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Probably not, I'd prefer getting the eyes new from ED (since I'd need special blends which would be a miracle to find second hand), and I'd use Kaede for that again
