It was ok. I received the tracking number very quickly, but a question I put in the order comments about another item I was thinking of buying went unanswered. I've gotten him to respond to emails previously but didn't feel like pressing the issue this time.
How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, paid with Paypal.
How long did it take to ship?
He shipped the same day after I paid, it took about a week to get to me because UPS doesn't work on weekends.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, in fact it exceeded my expectations.

The doll looks much better in person.

* How was the communication? I was nervous at first because the website seems limited in the information, but they make up for it in being based in the US and communicating very well through email (no language barriers). The website seems maybe too "basic" but it's accurate and easy to understand.
* How easy was it to pay? Used PayPal and was super easy.
* How long did it take to ship? I got a full doll in exactly a week (including a weekend). I was floored after waiting MONTHS buying directly from companies.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Price looked to be the same as the official website, but where you save is the shipping. Price + Shipping = lower than anywhere else I found online.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Exactly. She was completely what I expected.
* Were you satisfied with the product? 100%. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

* Would you order from this company again? Absolutely. I hope they get more stock from more companies in the future. Problem is limited items. If they don't have EXACTLY what you're looking for (I lucked out) then you're stuck buying from overseas.

* Would you order from this company again? Yes, DEFINITELY! Emory-san is amazing!!! He gives super customer service---will bend over backwards to help you, even at cost to himself if necessary! He gives many, many extras---candies, toys, full DOLLS, and fun items---as well!!! I was going to order the dolls from RS directly because they give free carriers with their dolls. I didn't know at the time that dealers do not get that deal, so I asked Emory-san if the dolls came with carriers. Before he emailed back, I discovered they wouldn't (Only direct from RS get the bags) but I wanted the dolls quicker than RS shipped, and I told Emory-san I much prefer giving my business to him for all his kindness, so I placed the order with JS anyway. To my delight, he included, FREE OF CHARGE, a much nicer, deluxe Carrier bag!!! :faints: There is no end to his generosity! I will buy from Emory-san as often as possible. He's such a wonderful person to deal with---truly the best I've ever seen!

* What did you order? I order a Limited Edition Impl Doll Pink and a Dollzone Hid in white skin (fullset)

* When did you order? I ordered Pinky in June and Hid at the end of July

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Junkyspot is a dealer, so I ordered through them.

* How was the communication? Communication was excellent and all of my questions were answered quickly!

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy, I used Paypal

* How long did it take to ship? Pinky was shipped next day and I got her within a week, Hid was shipped two days after I ordered (because I ordered on the weekend) and took about eight days to get to me.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very much so on Pinky! Her price had been dropped to $155, and she was worth every penny and then some! Hid however came with a horrible fur wig, and for the price I paid for his full set, he should have been given a better one... and his boots should have come laced up for the $361 or so dollars I spent on him. But that was not Junkyspot's fault, that was Dollzone's.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Pinky's Make up was much darker than in her promo pictures, but she looked even better than I expected! Hid is more handsome in person than in his promo pictures... which do not do him any justice.

* Were you satisfied with the product? I was very satisfied with Pinky, but Hid came with a wig that just fell apart before I got it on him. And once I did get it on, it did not fit.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Junkyspot quickly offered me a new wig for Hid. And after I stated I did not want another default wig for him, I was allowed to pick any of the Dollzone Wigs from their site as a replacement!

* Would you order from this company again? Yes, I would!I was given a ton of extras by Junkyspot, and they also took part in the Dollzone Summer Promotion, which meant I got a $20 refund for spending about $200 on Dollzone products! Junkyspot has good communication, and seems to really care about customer support... which makes me wish to do more business with them in the future!

As for my GoGo, he simply had an odd route which was the Post Office's fault, and absolutely not Junky Spot's, so he arrived a bit later after being shipped on 12/29, he arrived on 1/3/11.

Fffff, yes Brownies are FREAKING ADORABLE. One reason why I cracked and ended up getting two! Also the cases they come with are fantastic, and their quality is amazing. Their value is pretty fair when you can get a fullset Brownie for the price of a basic set, completely blank Puki from Fairyland.
(Only "gripe" is that Pukis are better balanced resin-wise, however I've only had the privilege of handling one once, so all in all, Brownies get an A+ )

WAY BETTER. They're just so tiny and CUTE! And their face ups- my god, how do people paint that small? @3@;

Yessssss, times 1,000! Also, this came as quite a HUGE surprise, but a few days after my last brownie arrived, I got a mysterious shipping notice from JunkySpot, though I hadn't ordered anything.
This package arrived today and- they gave me a free head! I mean, I thought it was awesome that they included all those neat little gifts (like DVDs and notebooks) when you buy a doll, but a free head?! Freaking awesome!
