How was the communication?
Good. They were out of the doll I wanted, so Emory let me know, and I changed things to suit.


How easy was it to pay?
So easy, used PayPal.

How long did it take to ship?
From California to Washington, it was 2 business days.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! Dollzone dolls are wonderful for their price. I couldn't get over how big the BB's are.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yep. Stock company promo photos. If it didn't look like the photo, it wouldn't be junkyspot's fault.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yep, junkyspot and Emory have spoiled me with the random box of goodies, and with their fast shipping. Its as close as you can get to instant gratification in this hobby! Thanks again.

How was the communication?
It only took 24 hours for my e-mail about shipping to be responded. Emory was kind and responded as quickly as he was able to after there was a minor mistake in my order.

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. I made the charge to my bank card, it only two a day to fully process and that was on the bank's part not the company.

How long did it take to ship?
A little more than a week. He arrived on April 14th, he had been shipped on the 7th.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes it was appropriate. He poses wonderfully and looks wonderfully The clothes he came with are a little tight but they fit him just fine.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
It was better than the sales pictures. I thought he was cute in them but in person he's even better looking.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes extremely satisfied. I hope to be able to make future purchases from Junkyspot soon. ^___^​

Pretty good. My tracking number didn't come until the 28th, but I wasn't really worried thanks to my past experience and their good feedback.

Ordered really late Wednesday/early Thursday, they shipped her on Friday and I got her yesterday (Thursday).

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Definitely.

I think she looks much prettier in person!

Yes. The little extras included (Pocky, fruit chews candy, etc.) were nice, too.

JunkySpot doesn't sell very many dolls I'm interested in, but if they did I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

How was the communication?
I've had a hard time contacting them and getting a prompt response for putting dolls on layaway. Emory has a full time job and this is his side job, which makes it hard to answer e-mails for him. I've had two failed attempts at layaway because he has taken a week at a time or more contacting me back in both incidences. While I was waiting to arrange layaway, I had saved the money for the dolls and just ordered them. (I never did order a Nissa.)


How easy was it to pay?
Very easy with PayPal.

How long did it take to ship? He is very fast with shipping and sending a tracking number.


Did the item look like the sales pictures? I would say about 90%. He has company released pictures up and sometimes companies photoshop or do other things to make their dolls look better.

There was an issue with payment which caused a huge delay in my order.
But after sending a PM here on DoA, Emory quickly took action and got the issue resolved. He kept me informed on what was happening to the order every step of the way.

Very easy. There was a techincal issue, though, but I think mine was an isolated case.

YES!! Very great $$ quality. I should say it's a steal!

N/A, but 'yes' they are just spray cans, a brush and a bottle of gloss. ^^;;

Overall

Um sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but does anyone know if shipping is cheaper from JS or Denver Doll?

 

I ordered a Bobbie SD from Junkyspot on Sunday, June 15, she was shipped Monday, June 15 and she arrived today along with goodies. As usual, fast, friendly service from JS. The doll was just as pictured and I was pleasantly suprised at the resin quality, and all the seams were sanded.

Blacklight, both DDE and JS are excellent dealers and both are almost the same hideous distance away from me---I think their shipping charges are about the same.

I was satisfied over all. I did get a pair of broken boots however. But upon PMing Emory I was able to get a new pair. I sent them back to Emory and the shipping was covered. The boots arrived on July 18th. They were a brand new pair and still the same exact pair I ordered orginally. Oh and Emory knew who my mom was! Imagine my surprize, he called us good customers! If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Well, it wasn't exactly a matter of dissatisfaction, but I'll mention it. I wanted a can of MSC Flat but there was only MSC UV Cut left when I went to the site to finally order. I emailed Emory asking when he planned to have some back in stock, but he said there were a few cans left. I wanted to order some other things as well though, so I asked him what I should do, and he told me he could send an invoice without shipping, I could complete the rest of my order with shipping factored in there, and everything would be shipped together. I was very pleased. =)

Didn't really have much communication because I simply didn't have any questions. I understood exactly what I was doing so there was no need to contact anybody.


How easy was it to pay?
Extremely easy seeing how a friend of mines mother ordered it for me. All I had to do was hand over the money. But I was right there when she did it and it was fast. None of us had any problems.


How long did it take to ship?
Seven days going to New Hampshire.

Absolutely. I don't regret my decision on getting my boy at all. He's adorable and arrived perfectly. Better then I actually thought he was going to be. Major plus.

I was really impressed. Cheap shipping, fast shipping, and was packed full of goodies. I got a DVD, a bracelet for my dolly, a DZ shirt for my dolly, a box of pocky, 10 piece of strawberry candy, a cell phone charm... AND MY DOLL! I wish I could have ordered her without her faceup since it upped the cost by 40 dollars and I'm probably just going to get it redone, but that's fine.

Everything is lovely and nice in quality - which makes it more of a shame that the eyes are the wrong size ... the color is beautiful.

Yes, in the case of the shoes. But no, in the case of the eyes. They're excellent eyes, but they are too big for my poor Megi - when I measured his default eyes they are actually 14mm, despite DZ stating them as 16. I learned to measure dimensions myself in the future. What's worse is not getting a reply from Junkyspot on the possibility of an exchange. I'm disappointed, because most people have prompt and positive experiences with this store. Especially in comparison to Denver Doll - who would email me back within the hour no matter the issue or time.
