Jointed Hearts 2016 (Sweden)

I won't be able to go this year but I would love to sponsor the event with some of my patchwork creations for contests or raffles if you are interested ^w^ I'll stay tuned to hear when you start looking for sponsors!

 

Hasel and I are looking into going here She has tried mailing about having a stand to the email address displayed on the website but it keeps being sent back, so there might be something wrong with the address. But I think she has gotten in touch through Facebook already, so no sweat ^^
I am pretty stoked. We were looking into going last minute last year, but we both had other things we couldn't get out of xD So hopefully this year we'll make it
We've stood on events in France and in Barcelona before, but never Sweden. I personally haven't been before (been to Norway though) so can't wait to see what it's like.

We are a bunch from Denmark planning to go, so far at least 2 full cars. Booked places to sleep and can't wait to make a happy dolly trip out of it! ^^

Wish I could have attended last year, so absolutely not going to miss out this year XD
Also very excited to hear about prizes and events.

Thinking about attending a face up contest, if you are holding one this time as well, only a bit worried about if I'm skilled enough hehe.

It is very important for us in Crew to make sure that our visitors does not feel that they need an certain level of skill to join the activities. The important thing at Jointed Hearts is that everyone who loves the hobby feel welcome to join in every way, and that we enjoy the hobby together these 2 days.

 

The danish guys that went last year only had good things to say about your con, so I'm truly excited.
Will try and pack all my gear so I can attend the faceup festivities

How did I manage to miss this thread?!

I'll be there this year as well and hopefully I will be able to share some info about stuff I know a bit about.

I look forward to this a lot and it will be great to see everyone again and meet new friends as well

 

Is there anywhere that I can find some more info on the event?
I especially would like some info about selling things there and would like to know some more specific times, other than just the dates.
The page linked earlier in the thread contains more or less the same info as this thread does. Am I missing something?

 

I'm so excited! I've been planning and preparing from the moment I heard about jointed hearts I am a bit nervous however, because I'll be going alone, eep!

 

It's great that you will be at the convention I Went there alone last year and everyone was super nice. I'm also going on my own this year and I'm more than happy to talk at the convention

 

I'm hoping that I might be able to go, I believe I work that weekend so I'll have to see about changing shifts on Saturday (not sure what I'll do about Friday since I work late then too, I'll figure something out). Have to see how I'm doing money-wise by then as well, but it would be fun to go!

 

Ok this is rather awesome! When I was blessed to live in Sweden 5 years ago I made most of my friends through the Bjd community ( even though I lived in the middle of no where Mariestad) and everyone I met there was just amazing. I need to plan a trip to come back to visit around this.

 

Just ordered my train tickets to Gotherburg for this. Really nervous and excited, especially since this will be my first convention ever!

I’m working hard here to get everything done in time, but it is a lot of fun too. I’m really looking forward to this. It’ll be great to meet everybody.
