    1. Isold a doll to Tati, she sent for her money back on paypal, withdrawn, so its said Im -280 USD on my paypal acount now..,
      (and didnt even pay the fee in the first place)
      Gave her the trackingnr and all

      DONT SELL TO THIS PERSON!
       
    2. Jina is right - please, don't sell to me if you are planning on :
      - not shipping the item within a reasonable timeframe;
      - not contacting me whether the shipment may be delayed;
      - not responding to a PayPal dispute and its escalation to a clame,
      because I will definitely go for my money-back. I had my money stolen once by Yoon Jieun (Momotree / Momocolor) and I learn from my mistakes.

    3. So, I sent her 4 or 5 days after I got payment,because I had to wait for the money from paypal to get to my bank account,
      -You never even said you'd only buy if I posted her within a special time frame.
      But FIVE DAYS it took me to go to the post pay the shipping and send her with tracking nr..
      -That does NOT mean Im tricking you.
      -You didnt even pay the paypal fee, so I didnt even get the whole amount I asked for..

      I sent you the tracking nr, and now I wont get my doll back,
      Just because someone trickd you before doesnt gve you the right to trick someone else because thats what you now did,
      You got your money back, and I wont get my doll back EVEN, you agreed to BUY her from me, and when I asked why you requested for your money back you just said it was all in the paypal case, well, it was closed, I didnt check because I thought we where okey, and that you could contact me on doa first if there was any problems.
      Im not accepting you to change your mind just lite this, it would be easy for you to pick up the doll and sell her if you dont want her, but now you wont even do that, I wont even get her back, I should have ben smarter and filled in "send back if buyer dont pick up the package" But then I'd have to pay for that shipping too.

    4. And she blockd me on PM straight after I askd her why.

      I see on paypal that the same day you contacted me (on paypal) you opend a case, + claimed your money back.
      And, I had three hours to "respond" to her message on paypal that day, before she demanded her money back.
      Do you think thats fair? Do you think I sit online on paypal 24/7 just for fun?

      I am so disapointed right now I dont even have words for it.
      I should have written to you sooner that I sent her,.
      I have depression and some things are really hard for me at times
      I do apologise for not writing to you the exact same day, I didnt know either that you where that scared of being tricked. I wish you written to me about that if you saw me online for example, or telling me that is was very nesessary for you to have contact all the way through this and if I didnt write you'd redraw the affair.

      I DID went and post her 4-5 days after payment!

      If you thougt I was tricking you why didnt YOU write and ask about it on doa for example?
      You do understand that paypal will see that the package was sent and did arrive are you as I have given them the trackingnr?
      Do you really think they will decide that you should keep the money after they lookd through this?

      I think the package will be possible for you to pick up for about two weeks, and if you dont want to pick her up as you wrote to me before you blockd me on PM, its just a pity.
       
    5. You shipped the doll 9 days after the payment, not 4.
      I clearly stated that you don't need to ship the doll when I opened the dispute with PayPal.
      It is your responsibility as a seller to check the payments, communication and to inform me.
      It is not my problem if you didn't mark the box for return to the sender.
      I am not intended to waste my time and nerves about it, this is why I do not accept further PM messages from you.

      I got payment from you 19 th oct, and If you look even on the tracking nr it sais I posted it 24 th oct.
      Check on your paypal and track the package the dates I write now is a fact.
      Thats 5 days

      I will firmly stand my ground. It is not my responsibility:
      - to make sure the seller checks their emails,
      - to contact the seller about the shipping delay,
      - to mark the box for a return,
      - to force the seller to provide customer service after they received the payment.

      I will not take any further steps here, read any more notes from the seller or go in the further discussion. Please rule your decision and I will be happy to accept it. I am right from the point of PayPal team and I did nothing wrong from my own point of view.

      Please check - was shipped on October 28th and the seller contacted me with it on October 29th.

      So, it was 9 (and I will spell it - N-I-N-E) days, not 4 like the seller insists.

      I escalated dispute to a claim on October 26th. You contacted me AFTER I did it.

    18. The thing you got to do with this now is
      1 That you write out incorrect info about dates what happend and when here in this thread om doa.
      2 That when you escalated your dispute to a clame on paypal you clamed that I hadnt posted what you payd for. Witch is also incorrect.

      You should have checkd first as in PM om doa. Thats not forcing someone to do custom service thats comunication and frankly common sense.

      2. You contacted me with the tracking number on October 29th. I can email you your own dated PM (date there is October 29th) from DOA.

      Do you agree with the above statements?

      You contacted me with the tracking AFTER I escalated the dispute to a claim. I am checking on all of my transactions in progress all the time.

      19:th I got payment from you.
      24:th I sent her (thats 2 days before your PayPal claim can you agree with that? Not 28:th as you wrote)
      26:th you open a dispute and clamed your money back (and wrote to PayPal that I hadnt ben sending her witch I had.)
      29:th I PM you on doa the tracking nr.
       
    21. On October 26th when I escalated the non-received item dispute to a claim HOW was I able to know that you mailed the item already, if you contacted me with the tracking for the first time on October 29th?

      My point is just as I already stated in the PayPal claim: if a seller doesn't care about the buyer, the seller doesn't need buyer's money. Where is a will there's the way. I waited for a week for the tracking and when I got none - I went back for my money. I have no wish to go after people asking if they have been kind enough to mail my purchase. This is seller's responsibility to ship the item promptly or contact the buyer, preferably in advance, if there may be a delay. If the seller neglects their buyer, well, their buyer will go somewhere else.

      E.g., hypothetical situation. In Walmart there is a huge lineup to the cash register and one will have to spend an hour to buy a bag of chips. They will leave the line and go and purchase the same chips in the nearest convenience store.
       
    22. Yeah but Im not Walmart Im a person that sent an item to a person because there was a buy.

      Try to go to Walmart and buy your chips and then take back the money and when confronted with the staff and police just say I didnt want the chips anyway.

      Do you really need an answer to that question, no you do not need to be psychic, it hurts my feelings that you thought the worst, and didnt contact me about it. You could have askd.

      Yes problem is that I did care because I SENT THE ITEM TO THE BUYER

      I am not trying to hurt your feelings here or anywhere else. I just said that you had your chance to ship the doll, to inform me, to follow through the dispute and claim. You did none of those. Now when I asked for my money back you are stealing my time with this discussion. The sale is over - I didn't receive the doll, I got my money back and I hold no grudge for you. What happens next is NOT MY problem. They may ban me from the MP or from DOA entirely, but I am and will hold my ground - if a seller is not interested in delivering the product they obviously do not need my money. Dixi.

      PayPal will look into this as I already wrote. So i can only hope that this "sell" is not over like this now.

      This is a oneway conversation. And it should be able to go both ways between a customer and seller. Also, its not only one part that can do something wrong.

      You did get the doll. You did or have NOT yet decided to pick her up. Do you understand that they are two sentences that has a slightly diferent meaning at al?
