i love school clothes, wish someone would know it...

And here it is my big breast girl wearing that dress from dollmore and the SD tights, and nine9style boots

 

I have a question. Does anyone know if some of Dollmore MSD leggings will fit JIDs? If so, can you please tell me which ones.

Also, does do think this will fit http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step1.php?number=8875 Dollmore is the only place I seen so far that carries that kind of leggings I want for Yun. (damn Kpop)

Do you think that a Dolheart´s Fer for SD/SD13 girl will fit a large bust JID?

 

I have these leggings for my girl but I can't remember if I bought them in SD or MSD size. I have found that most things from dollmore that go over the butt need to be SD, as the MSD leggings I have seem to fit fairly well. I can't find these leggings atm, but I will look tonight and test them on my Tania and let you know for sure if they fit. I vaguely remember putting them on a minifee and they fit, which would mean they are the MSD sized ones, but I'll post tonight and let you know after I double check. XD

 

Should I be looking for SD or MSD size clothing from Dollmore for my small busted ASA?

 

I love the stuff at Atelier-Soda. Their stuff is good, so long as you don't mind paying a bit for the custom size and have the ability to take very good measurements.

Nine9 Style has some decent stuff. Nothing like the ballgowns or fancy suitsets, but most of their stuff is stretch and fits decently.

Sadly, other than Atelier-Soda, there's not much by the way of the EID dress-y stuff for JID size.

lot's of dollmore clothes fit. msd stretch material, and sd clothes fit jids. i have big buts and a small bust and normaly if dollmore fit one it fiits the other. the sd pants fit well just a bit long but easy to cut and resew by hand.

nine9style tops fit very well large bust.

 

Piano One - piece ~ this fits, but it's tight. I am very happy with it though

MSD Tie-T ~ Fits very nicely. I cut off the little scarf thinger though it annoyed me.

 

I still can't find the Kalena leggings, so what I did was look up in my dollmore order history to see which ones I bought. XD They are MSD size. Keep in mind that while they are stretchy you still have to be a bit careful with them. The seams pull a little tight when my Tania sits and stuff, but they look hot as hell. Now I really need to find those...*grumbles*

 

Hey guys, I'm trying to find shorts for Iris and so far I only know of 3 shorts that would fit: The Nine9Style wool ones and the 2 Iplehouse ones. Does anyone know if Dollmore has any shorts that would fit our girls? Preferably something that's black/blue/dark brown.

Hiya everyone, I'm planning on getting a JID boy very soon, and I was just wondering if you could maybe help me out by first telling me if they can wear SD pants, and if delf clothes are any good.

I've looked through about 20 pages now and haven't really found anything useful for the boys.

Hmmmm. Can you not use Ebay? I know you can find some BFC outfits on there

 

What is BFC?

 

If you go to DollWhy, they now have a couple things for JID boys including a pair of jeans and a couple t-shirts! They are even being modeled on a Ryan. The pants are only $17 and the shirts are $7.50. Worth a shot right!

 

BFC stands for Best Friends Club. They were(are?) a doll company whose clothes happen to fit JID girls. They aren't a bjd company though.

 

Question: has anybody tried these shoes on their JID's? 8I They are very do want, but I'm worried about the calf size.

 

chrissi-pumpkin: Those shoes are HUGE on a JID, at least on a girl (and I assume you're asking about how they fit on a girl?). They're pretty big on my Dollmore Kid and he's got the biggest feet of all my MSDs.
I tried them on my Tatiana for you though.

I have found that any dollmore shoes are ridiculously big on JIDs, so I don't bother with them. I had some cute platform heels (because I desperate want some for slim feet), but I ended up getting rid of them because they were just too loose all around. Dale Rae are by far the best shoes I've come across.

For sneakers I would suggest getting them from the releaserain store on eBay. http://stores.ebay.com.au/Releaserain They are smaller than the DOllmore ones by about 1/2 cm or so and plenty of colours to choose from!

Also boots from LUTS in Minifee sizes fits the best so far! Linky here

Guys I have a question is it normal for Iplehouse to take two months to ship a package containing a wig, a set of clothes and underwear? my boy and I are very sad because he has been living with me for two months and still hes stuff has not arrived and we are entering the third month of waiting
I'm I being impatient or should I be concerned?

 

2 months for a doll yeah, but not clothing. I I doubt their moving would delay things since you probably ordered month before hand? would drop them a line on their message board.

Anyone knows a good place to kind mature feet wear that are not boots or mary janes that would fit?

 

I've been hunting for some platform heel-type shoes for slim feet as well, and I haven't had any luck. I'm wondering if there is a place we could commission something like that.

Analise wanted to show off her new boots. They look nice enough on her, but are pretty big. Thankfully, since they're boots, they support her ankles very nicely. She's very solid when standing in them. My sister thinks they're atrocious. I think they're cute, if slightly gaudy.

So, I know there's been pretty rave reviews for Dollmore leggings, but does that include the lacy leggings like these and these? Also, MSD or SD sizes?

On the lacy leggings in the first pic (with the shorts) I went with SD to fit over her big booty. I don't have the other pair, but I would go with SD on those too, unless they're really stretchy. Regular stockings in MSD should work just fine.

Boots are cute but the feather does looks odd.

 

The second pair of lace leggings are betting in an SD size, they will be a bit long so just pull them up the to height you want.

Has anyone shared anything about clothing Iplehouse BOYS here? Because I'm having a heck of a time finding pants for my Jerome/someone comfortable taking a commission for him due to his awkward size. Poor thing has been naked for nearly a year...

I'd recommend loose shirts really, I haven't even attempted their pants since I know they won't fit - I'm just sticking to Iplehouse pants for now...

5.7cm fits nicely. I own shoes in that size from them. Only thing that might need adusting is the straps.

No problem. Releaserain is my #1 spot for my shoes. I am not sure the ones you want are more boot like or shoe like. If they are boot like, there is a chance it might be loose around the ankle area which is ok. My snow boots I got from them are loose in the ankle area which I prefer then haveing it tight in the ankle area.

 

Alrighty! Some people were curious about volks boy clothing on JID boys. I had a handful of items from my volks boys that I tried on. It was hit and miss. Clothes designed especially for SDC (Volks Super Dolfie Cute) boys DID NOT fit. I tried the Volks Miko set and Volks Hansel set and they were nowhere close to fitting.

Clothes designed to be a "comfortable fit" (slightly loose fitting) for Volks MSD regular boys, I had a little bit of luck with!

First up is this set of shorts and tropical shirt by Volks. The shorts fit VERY nicely and Rohit can sit down comfortably! I think it's because the legs are wide and the waist has stretchy elastic that fits over his...well endowed backside! >_< The shirt fits but the top button won't button over his big beefy chest...but given the style, it works.


Next (while not technically Volks, but it fits MSD boys) is a Friends2B made striped shirt. It fits, it's just a little short. This shirt is pretty loose fitting on my SDC boy and it's a comfortable fit on Rohit (it's not tight).

(He is so hating me for making him wear this! Lol!)

Next is this AWESOME hoodie by Volks. It's a loose, almost baggy fit on my SDC boys and a loose fit on my Lati blue boy. I think it fits Rohit perfectly! He's even wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath! I think casual tops that are meant to be loose fitting should be ok on JID boys. With pants, they NEED to be stretchy and have elastic at the waist.


Finally, strictly for the fan service...>_<
Here is the lab coat/Dr's coat from Tata's paradise! He's wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath so it's a pain to pose his arms, maybe a sleepless shirt will work better. It's cute for photostories! >_<


My overall impression on buying JID boy clothes:
80% of Rohits clothes were either from Iplehouse or commissioned (although finding a seamstress who owns a JID boy is pretty hard...I had to send detailed measurements and it worked out only half the times). The remaining 20% was bought because I liked the pieces and I had other boys in the house that were able to wear the clothes just in case if they didn't fit. when I get clothes for my SDC boys and they seem a little baggy, I try them on Rohit and a lot of the times it works out for the better.

I hope this helps some JID boy owners out there (I know it's a pain to dress these boys but sooooooooo worth it when it works out!). Good luck everyone!

I tried a Volks MSD girl dress and a volks SDC outfit on Chandana (my L-bust girl) and the SDC outfit didn't go on AT ALL! The waist of the skirt was too small, the blouse wouldn't button or even come close to buttoning. The MSD dress I tied on, I couldn't get it to close at the back (now it MAY work on small bust girls but I just doubt really).

 

SDC? I'm sorry I don't know all Volks terms. Darn. They have really nice things too and I doubt the shoes would fit since Volks MSD have bigger and wide feet compare to JIDs.

Thank you so much for all the comparison photos. I just recieved my pair of JID dolls, Amy and Jerome sculpts, and while I plan to make most of their clothes, it's nice to have some ideas if I ever want something pre-made. I don't want to make their shoes, though, so thank you to everyone who's been experimenting and posting results! I didn't realize that there were now high-heeled feet for the JID girls (my dolls are secondhand). I'll have to go looking now...

So with the new bodies out and people possibly buying the dolls with them, do you think we should start looking into and posting stuff that would fit them (especially with those glamour boobs!!) ?

 

I don't think the new bodies will be so different in size that we need to panic about it. I mean, Iplehouse didn't discontinue the clothing that was made to fit the old body -- and the small and large busts still look the same. Its mainly the jointing that changed on the body. The measurements are really close. The Glamour Bust will probably fit better into SD-sized tops than the Large Bust does.

 

cacauflower, thanks for showing your adorable Yuukie in that outfit. Those boots look great. One day I'd like to do a big dollmore clothes order (if only I could quit ordering dolls).

 

Google Dale Rae designs. Their shoes fit our girls perfectly, but they've stopped production on them so you'll need to grab a pair or two while you can. I don't know if I've posted these yet or if anyone else has, but letting you all know just in case. My girl can even stand in the high heels (albeit somewhat precariously so don't put them near the edge of a table).

 

Really! I need to stock up soon as the postal strike is liffted.
