Wanted Jeans pattern for Dear SD

You may have some luck with Disney Animators doll clothing patterns. I've found they can be hit or miss and have never made jeans/pants though.

You might try a Sasha doll pattern. I have my two Dear SD bodies dressed in Sasha clothes, although I've not tried Sasha jeans on them (I'd share pictures but they have repainted Disney Animators heads so are OT here on DoA)

I tried some actual Sahsa Doll jeans on one of my Dear SD bodies for you:


A little short and (for my liking) a little low in the waist, but otherwise a reasonably fit so Sasha patterns should work for DearSD with minimal alteration.

@Teddy thanks for sharing. Did you try a dress or a blouse?

 

Both my Dear SD's are wearing long sleves Sasha doll dresses unaltered, so blouses should fit just fine too:
