Wanted Jean Jacket or Bomber-ish Jacket

For a 65cm Impldoll Female with a large bust size. I have a cross stitched piece I did that would be cute as a back piece on this kind of jacket/coat, but I'm having a hard time finding something that would work with her proportions, and it's a level of difficulty for pattern drafting that I am not sure I can wrap my head around!

 

I had seen that second one! But buying it pre-made seems like it'd be tough to replace the back panel (at least in some of the bomber-style jackets).

 

The cross stitch fabric is so thick, I wouldn't be able to get the best tiny seams for an overlay.
