I photographed the damage and emailed Jane about it. Although it was the weekend, she got back to me the next day to say she'd contact XAGA about it. Then she got back to me about two days later and told me that XAGA would send a replacement in about eight weeks. **UPDATE** I did in fact get the replacement part just about EXACTLY eight weeks later - on Christmas Eve!. It was very well packed in a big bubble inside a box. They also included a narrow string puller which helped with changing out the part. * Would you order from this company again? Yes.
