Here is one of my other jrock-esque dolls! He takes inspiration from Hiro from La’cryma Christi ^^

 

- He looks gorgeous! It brings me back to when I listened to all those groups mentioned.

- I would, too if certain memories weren't attached to those times. With heavy clinical depression sometimes it's agonising to listen to those songs now. Back in the days when Winamp was in use I made a lot of skins with j-rock bands, and La'Crima Christi was one of them.

 

I was a bit late into the jrock scene, around 2010. At least I got to enjoy those geocities sites while they lasted While some sad memories are attached to songs I can't stop myself from listening to those bands as they also helped through tough times too.

I have a Volks F-22 that I'm trying to restyle completely as his character was re-shelled. I'm thinking of maybe giving him a jrock makeover but not too sure the specifics yet. I wonder what would suit his face?

This is my F-22! I wanna change it completely and redo the face entirely, just not sure what route I wanna go yet. I feel like a more feminine jrock style could suit it?

Here’s Tetsu! Can anyone figure out which L’Arc~en~Ciel video I attempted to base the outfit from? It’s not 100% accurate ^^;

 

i was going to wait til uriel arrived to post here but i couldn't resist doing it now.

on the left is camael (soom chalco). i just finished repainting him, and took heavy inspiration from atsushi in 1992.

on the right is acchan (volks yosd rick). i had wanted an atsushi doll for ages, and because i don't vibe with taeyangs i didn't get one of the official ones. i went with the blonde era because seventh heaven tour final lives rent free in my head. he was supposed to be a more current era (kemonotachi no yoru pv with the fuzzy coat and claws) but that went out the window when i put the blonde wig on him.

i'll post again after uriel is here and painted, she's going to have issay vibes.
