Hey all, I've posted a PM to Soom about it already, but last night I noticed when obsessively checking my layaways that I was missing a clothing item from each of them--my Haidi layaway was missing the bi-weekly outfit I'd ordered, and a clothing order of mine was missing an outfit as well! I had the correct layaway payment prices (for example my Haidi layaways added up to the full price of the doll plus sanding plus bi-weekly outfit and shipping) but the price listed was short the outfit, which means it looks like I'm paying the extra money and getting nothing twice over. Now, I'm hoping next week when Soom gets to my post they'll add my items back in, but I just wanted to see if there was a mess-up with my account or if this is a wider issue? Thanks! .hlp
That's interesting, the biweekly outfit for the faery minigem is missing from one order (December outfit), and my Heliot Desert Hermet LE outfit is missing from the other order, now I wonder if it's not an issue with the recent LE outfits in their system, or if this is still random? .hlp
That happened to me to and there are others in the Heliot waiting room. I'm thinking since they moved some of the items around on the site, the links that should be showing in the cart are no longer functional... Hopefully we find out for sure!
Yes my order for Euclase was also missing that outfit... I am so happy that I am not alone OK I am not happy that this is happening at all but at least with all of us asking them, they will definitely go back and fix the problem sooner.
Yes, I've posted on Soom QA (as I thought others had when I looked), and when I get an answer I'll reply back here, I hope everyone else does too. Believe me, I'm grateful at least it's not something isolated to me, not that I wish it on anyone else, but at least there's enough people that something should come of it quickly. .hlp
This is just strange, yeah? Soom's a good sort though. I hope they get back to you all soon. It's like something 'databasey' happened. I hope the orders aren't lost. Do any of you take screen-shots of your open orders at places like Soom? This is enough to encourage me to do so in the future. But I do have high hopes it will be sorted out soon! I look forward to your answer from Soom, HeidiPay.
I'm glad I saw this. My Amber outfit I ordered is missing as well, but the price is the same as with it. I hope it's just a glitch.
Yup, my Haidi biweekly outfit is missing from my layby but my total is the same. I imagine they will fix the glitch tomorrow.
Like someone mentioned previous, all the missing clothing were in the Special Order section but have now been moved to the Bi-weekly section. So, I'd assume that because the original location of our outfits is missing, it is not registering on our order. I, too, have messaged SOOM because I freaked when I say and imagined the worst lol. I just hope they are able to fix it because I wasn't sent a confirmation email, which lists all our purchase
Well, add my Heliot Desert Hermit clothes to the missing item list. I noticed today that people have received their clothes, but mine had not yet shipped. So I log into my account and, lo and behold, the clothes are mysteriously missing from my order and I have a credit on my account for their purchase price. I am so upset right now I could scream. The fact that their Q&A board has 4 pages of unanswered responses means I probably won't get an answer for a day or two, either. /begin rage I would be a lot less upset about this if I had ever had one (just one) order go right with them, but every.single.order. I have ever placed with them has gotten screwed up one way or another. I am so sick of dealing with them, and this is going to be my last order with them. I can not stand the screwups. /end rage I sincerely look forward to hearing what the rest of you find out. Hopefully, all will be well.
I've had a response from Soom on the posting I'd made: So it looks like my orders should be straightened out shortly, I can only hope they'll be reviewing all relevant orders to ensure this is straightened out for everyone? .hlp

I checked and my Amber dress is back in my order, so hopefully they got it fixed and everyone's order is back to normal!

I received a shipping notice today. According to the list of what's contained, my outfit has been included in the order. Soom may have criticized me for being "harsh" when I griped at them on their Q&A, but it seems to have gotten the ball rolling.
My bi-weekly clothes order also dissapeared but when I contacted Soom about it they mentioned that they had problem with the site and after a few days it was back in my order list.
I received my order yesterday and the outfit was included. Glad Soom was able to get their stuff together.
