Shipping Issues with shipping CodeNoir

Hi there!
I ordered some clothes from CodeNoiR. I've always heard good things about them, in terms of quality.
I purchased some YoSD clothes on the 16th of Feb.
It's now the 6th of April, and the clothes are still in China, saying "Export cancelled"
For some reasons the clothes will move and seemily get cancelled at customs.
I've spoken to them multiple times, and they keep saying that they have spoken to ChinaPost and that they will ship it on a new route?

I don't know if this is an issue anyone else has had, and if I should wait, or if the length of time I've waited is long enough to just try and get a refund?

Update: I have been told that the company have received the package, and are planning on re-sending it. I will have to wait for a new tracking number.
Fingers crossed the package will be sent and not be returned again.
