ISO Male 1/3 steampunk pirate

    1. As the thread suggests, I'm looking for patterns for a 1/3 Male body specifically relating to steampunk pirate (in particular, a captain). Any help or guidance would be deeply appreciated. I am considering just buying a Walmart costume pattern and scaling down to the 1/3 size but I'm not that confident in my talents and if there are any patterns out there already set for this I would like to go that route first. I couldn't find anything on etsy so I thought I'd ask about this where all the people are. Thanks in advance!

    2. I hope lots of people have ideas. I've been having a lot of trouble finding patterns for 1/3 guys, and have considered the same as you...finding patterns for people and scaling them down.

    3. I think if you ask in the Styling and Crafting forum people can post links to patterns. According to the guide, people aren't supposed to post links in this one. (I know of a few places to look for patterns ;))

    5. You might be interested in these medieval and victorian/edwardian patterns to start with! Just scaling/adjusting the general shapes to your particular SD, of course :)

      The patterns are pretty simple so shouldn't be suuuper difficult to adjust to more steampunk-y direction with decorations and fabric choices.
