Isla Dolls

I've seen them! Two of my friends just placed pre-orders for them. For Kiwi and Raspberry w/ Blueberry's faceup. They look super cute!

I'm new to bjds myself, I just got my doll this week, but I havent yet seen many anime style, msd sized resin dolls like them when window shopping.

 

You might want to ask a mod to see if they are approved or not for posting. Especially, if they are a new company.

 

I just heard of them the other day, since folks were reposting their giveaway on Instagram. I'd love some in-depth owner-reviews or info on them.

They look super cute. I placed a pre-order for Raspberry with makeup, the wig and clothes. Can't wait to see her when she'll be here. I ordered the clothes, because I'm not sure what she'll fit in. On the website it is said they're 35 cm. I wonder if they'll fit in chibi unoa clothes.

I had messaged Isla Dolls a little while back about the possibility of fantasy colors particularly in green, red, and orange. So when I saw the fantasy color lineup for Anime NYC had red, I knew it was time for me to get one of these cuties! I'm so so excited!

My Cherry Pie Isla Doll arrived a few weeks ago but I was out of town and unable to open her until a few days ago!

I am obsessed with this resin color. The translucent nature of the resin looks especially pretty with the red. She looks like she's made of gummy candy! Her name is Gogo and her color scheme is red, yellow, and green like mangos. She has new eyes on the way and hopefully I can commission a wig be made for her. But I really love her and am now a huge Isla Dolls fan!

I'm partial to Blueberry's grumpy expression. It's too cute! I hope you're able to get one!

 

I decided to go with Blueberry. They only had ones with makeup left, and I don't really like her eyebrows, so the plan is to *carefully* (and after more research) remove her faceup. I've already drawn up what I want her eyebrows and makeup to look like.

Being an artist can be handy with this hobby.

EDIT: Forgot to mention I love Blueberry's mouth and eyes. Especially that grumpy mouth.

I'm so sad i missed the fruit girls preorders! I want a lil kiwi baby but she won't be taking orders for her anymore

Is there any possible way someone could take a photo of an Isla next to an MDD? I REALLY like these girls but I'm a stickler for my dolls being similar in proportion with each other, so I'm really curious how they fare! Especially head-size-wise, it'd be nice to know how they look next to MDDs.

have you seen the renewal Fruit series dolls? I think they're super cute - I ordered Peach in Kiwi skin just a couple of days ago

 

I ordered Sculpt B in Raspberry, they were too cute to pass up.

 

I honestly love the look of the original body. It was just so cute! But the improved posability is nice. I love the heart hands options too!

 

She arrived! She's so much cuter in person; I love her cute kitty mouth. :3
I have no pants that fit her chunky behind so she's only wearing this hoodie for now.
