Iplehouse registering problem

    1. I'm trying to register an account for Iplehouse so I can order a JID Tatiana, but every time I click the 'join' button on the bottom of the page, it says 'processing,' and nothing else happens. Do I just wait or is something going wrong?:?

      Edit: Now it's alternating between 'processing' and 'check email form please.' Has anybody else had this problem?
       
    2. maybe try using a different internet browser.... or check your settings for pop ups, and security.
       
    3. I tried it with Firefox and Internet Explorer, and with a different email address. I keep getting the 'check email form please' message. I emailed Iplehouse about it, hopefully I can figure out what's wrong

    4. Feels a bit of a noob question but here goes; I order the BID Erzulie and paid earlier in March and all went fine. But, yesterday I thought I'd order the Carina as she's in the sale and I do fancy her...however, I cannot seem to order her.

      I went on this page http://www.iplehouse.net//shop/step1.php?number=2165 add went to fill in the options, but when I get to thigh and makeup, my comp makes a warning noise and a warning window opens up- but it's clear apart from the exclamation mark. When I click 'add to cart' nothing happens at all.

      Any ideas? I have asked Iplehouse, but no answer yet.

      I'm wondering if I have missed something completely obvious :doh
       
    5. Maybe their stock of Carina on their English site is sold out? It says on their Notice Board to check their Japanese site if that's the case.
       
    6. This happened to me when I ordered Asa in the sale. Some of the options aren't available and you get a pop-up with a question mark when this happens. It sounds from your experience as though she's out of stock and they haven't got round to altering the site yet. Their site can be a bit hit and miss at the best of times but they're probably very busy right now with the sale and the move.
       
    7. When you get that popup, it means the options you've picked are sold out. Check the Japanese site and if the configuration you want is available on there, post in the Q&A and they can move the stock for you.

    8. ARGH! oh bum! I did check their Japanese site and the same thing happened...so it must mean the options I chose are both sold out. Damn. Thanks anyway guys for explaining this; hope I get her one day. It's taken me a few weeks to decide actually which doll I was going to go for, made my mind up for Carina and now she's sold out :(
       
    9. Iplehouse is moving warehouses, from what I remember, so they're having this sale to significantly cut down their stock. :)

      All their dolls will be back up for sale once their move is complete (but at regular price), so I don't think you need to worry.

    11. Is there something wrong with Iplehouse's English site? I click on something, anything!, and it refreshes the main page. I wanted to look at the clothing for my incoming doll and can't. Even typed in the link a pair of pants showed and nothing...

      I thought it was iplehouse.net but I dunno now...

      So I have finally decided to get myself an Iplehouse Arvid. I would like to sign up on their page, but there is a point which says "Recom ID". I guess I need someone who recommends me?

      If this is the case, can please somebody recommend me? Or tell me otherwise how this works?

      This is the first time that I do something like that. Perhaps someone can help me?
       
    16. I logged in just fine with no Recommended ID. I don't think it's required?
       
    17. You don't need to have anyone recommend you. Just sign up like any other BJD website you've went through and click okay, I think the Recom ID probably means that they have an ID username that you can use if you can't think of one...I believe.

      I hope I'm allowed to ask this (total newbie)....:o

      I have tried (unsuccessfully) to sign-up and register on the Iplehouse website...

      The form requires info. I don't have...

      'recommender ID'..? (recommender username ID I believe)? :doh

      This is not a password or anything, I think they want a referral from an existing customer in order to sign-up, get a customer account and proceed to purchasing dolls....??

      Moderators & everybody, please don't boot me off DoA for asking this if I'm not allowed...??

      I'm just stuck and don't know how else to buy from Iplehouse directly in future without an account first...:...(

    20. because the recommend ID doesnt have a red star, and therefore shouldnt be mandatory

      I've been trying to sign up for several days now and it never occurred to me that that part wasn't mandatory...(I'd not taken notice of the red dots)...!!

      How embarrassing can it get being a totally ignorant newbie as well as a knucklehead at the same time..? :-)

    25. Thanks for the reply! That is too strange... I can get their splash page, and can get the Korean site to load (albeit slowly), but the English site just won't come up at all. Tried Firefox and IE, cleared out all my cache and cookies... I'm cursed! o.o

    27. Try http://anonymouse.org/, if this works for you (you won't be able to log in) then your ISP is blocking the URL for some reason.

    28. I can get on the site fine. Using Mac OS Snow Leopard, working fine on Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Good luck!
       
    29. I did briefly have trouble (Friday & Saturday) getting the details of my order to load, but it's doing fine now :D
