Iplehouse New Account Login Issues

No help but the same thing is currently happening to me.

I already have an account but forgot my password. When I hit the forgot password button I didn't get an email to reset and when I tried to make a new account same thing happened that's happened to you.

 

Contact them by emailing [email protected] and they will resolve your issues! They responded very promptly when I needed to reset my password a few weeks ago

I had an account for years that had a saved password.

I never changed it, and one day I couldnt log in. Tried emailing them (that email linked above and the paypal email address later), but never got a reply, even tried during their business hours.

The only thing that worked was registering again. Gmail doesnt count "_ . -" in the address, so I didnt have to make a new address, I just added one of those symbols on my email address registration randomly for it to be registered. I put a question on their Q&A and was told they would send me a reset, but I never got the email. Not from asking them on their q&a and not from the password reset link.

I only use the new account now, which is inconvenient because my past purchases and documentation is on the older account. Wish they would just give me a temporary password for me to change.

Its definitely a website thing, and not you.
