Payment Iplehouse Layaway?

Hello! I'm sorry, I'm pretty new to this and I've never done a layaway before or ordered from Iplehouse so I wanted to make sure I was doing this right. Has anyone done a layaway with iplehouse before and knows how the process works?

I set up the layaway and made the first of three payments. The other two payments are stated to be made in the next two months. However, I read something in the site's FAQs about Layaway ordering that bothers me:

" After placing order including HID doll or orders over $1,000(including dolls only), please leave
a notice on the Q&A board that you would pay in 3 months(4times max) as layaway. We will confirm
the notice then apply. However, please cancel recurring payment on PayPal site. (Profile-->My money)"

I thought that paypal would automatically take the payment from my account over the next two months. However, here it says to cancel the recurring payments. So should I cancel them or let them occur over the next two months...?

 

Another question that might be silly - when you do a layaway, do they start making the doll right away, or do they wait until it's fully paid off?
