I'd really like to see this too, since I'd love to turn the IH Asa into a boy...

He looks pretty proportional. Judging by that, does anyone think an SID head (particularly Eva) would look okay on a 62-ish cm body? If someone has a picture or could do that for me, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking of a Domuya D-1 Flexi Type-N, but any male body in the 60 range would be so very helpful. Thank you!

Giving this thread a bump...I'm thinking of turning Carina or Bibiane into a teenage boy(so looking at the smaller 60 cm or so bodies). If anyone has done this with either sculpt or can compare their head sizes with smaller SD boys I'd love to see.

 

I put my Claude head on my Jessica's body for another picture request. For me, it doesn't work. For others, it might well do. I can try the reverse too, if anyone wants to see a Jessica or Asa on a male SID body.

Asa on SID body. Slightly better, as Asa has a slightly androgynous look.



The SID neck is almost as wide as the EID woman head, so the head perches on top. However, I would think that it is close enough that the neck socket could be modded to fit, if you aren't afraid of the dremmel.

If anyone needs to see the heads on other boy bodies, I have Delf, Dollshe, Super Gem and Dollmore Model boys handy.

 

And what about a SID male head on an EID or SID female body? Pretty please?

2- is Nobility 70 emotional male body

In the meanwhile, take a look at Iplehouse's own gender and body swap (you have to be logged in the site to view):

As for EID Man and JID Boy bodies... I don't think they are interchangeable with other Iplehouse heads because if their massively thick necks. EID Man maaay go on bigger girl bodies, but I'm not sure. I've seen an EID Evan girl once, don't remember which body or if it looked bobble headed.. ^^"

 

I will experiment with that soon...a SID Lee is on his way to me, and I want to put - just for fun - my Carina head on his Body.

 

I haven't strung him together yet, but I have an nYID boy body with a Jessica head. Aesthetically, the match is perfect in terms of size and proportion. Before I unstrung him, I did note that he couldn't look down. His head didn't stick up at a weird angle or anything, though -- very natural.
When I get him strung, I'll post up pictures.

I'm gonna bump this because I wanna put an Iplehouse Jessica on a boy body that is lean. I wanna hybrid it with a leaner body then an iplehouse male body. Popo is an option to me but I'm hopping for something even leaner and proportional- maybe even a little shorter, like 65 cm ish.

 

I have my EID Jessica head on a SWITCH Humming Dolly 65boy body (: They're both is WS, the match is close to perfect. The body is only a little bit lighter than the head, but it's hard to notice on both natural and artificial lights. The fit is really good! For my personal taste, though, the neck could be a bit longer, so I'll add something on the head's neck cavity to fix that soon~ (:

My God so it's possible to match IH white skin? I'm in heaven. The character I had in mind is supposed to be pale but I thought I wouldn't be able to find a WS match for IH. Thank you so so much Chubi. I'm looking to make an EID head into a boy so your pictures are beyond useful.

 

I can do more WS comparisons if needed. Maybe not so many head + body tests, but for color, at least.. XD I have Spiritdoll, Nobility, SOOM, Dollstown Paleskin and Cerberus Project (old LUTS and Fairyland) in white skin.

The neck and head fit OK... it doesn't look bad at all, but I can't move the head too much. That hasn't been a huge problem for me, but it might be an issue for someone else.

Proportion-wise, it looks natural. I can say the YID girl head on a YID boy body may not look natural, but the EID heads look pretty nice.

Honestly, he is my favorite in my collection! I love Iplehouse so much! I want a bibiane boy next.

 

Chubi I would totally appreciate resin comparisons. WS was my first choice. I think IH does such a nice white tone.

I was also curious about the boy nYID body since I've hardly seen any around. Are they hard to dress? I see them as beefier than most boys that size.

 

I don't think they are hard to dress, honestly. They may be bigger than most this size, but there are "regular" dolls bigger than them. It's just an assumption, but I think they can wear regular SD17 clothing, since SID men can wear regular 70cm clothing, most of them at least (:

Spiritdoll is not that close to Iplehouse in person, it's a bit darker, but it can work with face-up. SWITCH is the closest tone. IMO, all these can work if you blush the Iplehouse head a little bit towards the other tone. Except from Dollstowen Paleskin, which is way too pale, they're not too off, only got different undertones (:

Has anybody a hybrid boy with ASA JID head?

 

May I request either (ideally) an nYID BOY head on an EID woman body (SID will also work, because if it works on SID woman, it'll work on EID woman), or an nYID and EID woman heads, side-by-side, without wigs?


If you have photos of nYID boy heads on any other large female bodies I'd love to see them too, though in the interests of resin matching I would prefer to stay within Iplehouse size ranges.

 

I have a Bibiane boy, but not on the nYID boy body. I use a Dollfamily-H 62cm body for him - it needed an additional neck-piece, otherwise the head would sit too low, but I wanted him to be really short and slight. The Dollfamily-H 65cm body would be a perfect match (colors are IH NS and DF-H Pink Normal).



I also found some head/body swaps I did while I had my nYID body:

I think he'd do better on a SID body. Or even a larger bust would help...

I also want to see YID boy heads on female bodies, ideally not buxom Iple ones. Anything that will give me an idea if a Noel might go on a DT 17. From Smuag's pictures, I am thinking it will be too big, but I would still like to see anything similar.

But he is not on a Iplehouse body. I changed his body to this one. I had some problems with the neck. The male Iplehouse body, as you have seen in the pervious comments, is very this, so i changed it to this one This is a Crobidolls normal skin body

Hi!
Does anybody know if Iplehouse would sell Eric head on EID woman body? I mean within the "Doll choice" customize your own option. Saw on Insta one face up, s/he was such a cute lady.
I checked older threads, somebody mentioned that while in general they do it they don't swap all the heads. Sadly in those threads photos are gone and links lead nowhere.
And would that look even remotely ok? The head sizes are 21 and 21,5, under a wig that shouldn't be too much of a problem, but the neck sizes are a bit more off: 10,5 and 11,2 so 7mm. Still doable?
Don't want to trouble IH themselves as right now it's just a shower thought, don't know where it leads or does it lead anywhere at all.

I too would love to see an Eric head on a female EID body, and have had just as much trouble finding any photos of the combo.

 

I just started to do something about ordering such combo. Got stuck, I remember the username I registered with, I'm sure I remember the password too, just can't get in the page. Asked for link to email for forgotten account, haven't got anything. Almost 12 hours ago. Have to log in to be able to make a custom order.

Slowly getting there.

TLDR: There is no option EIDW or HIDW with Eric head. I ordered HID W body with EID W Scarlet head. That one from Carved Heritage series. Yes, she was available. When I was looking at the IH original photos I never in a hundred years imagined that Scarlet would be SO VERY similar to Eric. It only stuck me when I looked at the bare sculpts. Checked on IG owner photos. Yes, they are practically twins. Depending on face up sometimes Scarlet looks more like Eric than Eric himself right next to her.

Totally happy me. Now waiting.

 

Woah, I’m not even sure I have seen scarlet before you mentioned her! She does have a very similar face. I think maybe her mouth is less wide? But really close. Will you tag me if you post a box opening? I’d love to see!

Mouth less wide? Maybe but not enough for me to care. Will do for my needs. Those IG photos were very reassuring. As l mentioned there was at least one where Scarlet and Eric were together, both with feminine face ups, l only recognized who is who because l had seen the same dolls on separate photos, properly tagged.

Thank you! I want to do my own face up. Never tried but for me it’s the whole point of having dolls. Do it all myself. My own mistakes and my own success. Ok, buy shoes and t-shirts.

 

I totally get that, I usually feel the same. Almost all of my dolls have faceups by me, I don't pay extra for or commission a faceup, but sometimes I'll find one secondhand that already has one that just happens to be perfect. He was one of those rare exceptions!

 

I've already seen KID heads on MNF and I would love to see another KID hybrids. I wonder if it could work on the honeydelf 31 body

 

Beautiful! The proportions seem to work really well. Did you have to do anything to make the head fit on the neck?

 

I actually bought him secondhand, so I didn't do anything with him. He was sold as part of their Doll Choice system, though I'm not sure if Iplehouse does anything to make it fit--the EID girl neck is 10.5cm and the YID boy neck is 11.3cm. So if you bought the parts separately, you might need to mod it? I'm not sure. But buying the doll through Iplehouse, you won't need to.
