Aside from some awkward English, all responses from Iplehouse posted on their Q&A board came quickly and were very helpful and polite.

Super easy, used Paypal, following the steps was a breeze.

For the doll a month for it to ship and a week for it to be delivered. All clothes, and accessory type things were shipped immediately and arrived in a week.

The price was completely reasonable for the quality of the doll and accessories.

Yes the doll and everything I ordered look just as good in person as they did on the website.

* How was the communication? Excellent. I had questions prior to ordering about one of the items I was interested in, as they didn't have a photo of some of the blended "gradation" wig colors; I posted on their Q&A board and got a polite and helpful response the next business day. (They didn't have photos available, but were able to verbally describe the mix of colors clearly and accurately enough to let me decide between the black gradation and brown gradation.) Much like the text on their website, their English usage is sometimes a wee bit quirky, but perfectly understandable. I received email confirmation immediately after placing the order, from both Iple and their credit card processing service Dacom, and further email from Iple informing me when my items shipped.

* How easy was it to pay? very easy (credit card via their LG Dacom eCredit payment service)

* How long did it take to ship? Total time between ordering and arrival at my door was 10 days: I ordered on 4/10, they shipped on 4/17 and I received the parcel on 4/20. So it was 7 days in pre-shipment processing and three days in transit from Korea to the U.S. east coast.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. Everything's very well made, and was packaged very carefully for the long trip: each item was in a separate plastic bag, the wig was placed over a head-sized ball of tissue to keep its shape, then bundled in a hairnet, then bagged and the bag framed in a piece of cardboard to keep it from being crushed or twisted. The individual items were then all bundled together in a generous amount of bubble-wrap and placed in a box large enough to let everything fit without being stuffed tightly.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Better, the pictures don't fully convey how nicely the items are constructed, or the quality of the textiles used.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Absolutely.

* Would you order from this company again? Yes. (This is actually my second order, placed while I was still waiting on my first order, a LE fullset doll -- great timing as she finally shipped a few days after this package arrived, so now I'll have a few different things handy to dress her up with!)

* How was the communication? Excellent, very friendly and prompt. I had some special requests (ear piercing, gentle makeup rather than default for the regular head) and needed to make a substitution for an item when I noticed a day later that I'd selected the wrong size of eyes; everything was answered within the next business day. I received email confirmation immediately after placing the order, from both Iple and their credit card processing service Dacom, and further email from Iple informing me when my items shipped.

* How easy was it to pay? very easy (credit card via their LG Dacom eCredit payment service)

* How long did it take to ship? Total time between ordering and arrival at my door was 41 days: I ordered on 3/18, they shipped on 4/24 and the first delivery attempt (when I was unfortunately not at home) was on 4/27. So it was 37 days in pre-shipment processing (they said to allow between 30 and 40 days for the complicated fullset outfit) and three days in transit from Korea to the U.S. east coast, the same shipping time as my previous order from them.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely; the doll and her clothes are utterly exquisite, and the EMS shipping was costly but very, very fast -- it's hard to complain when international packages get to you in half the time of some domestic parcels!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, and in many cases items look even better than the online photos -- the white slip and the fullset Black Swan outfit in particular were just astoundingly detailed and well-made.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, very much so. They did miss one small detail -- I'd requested pierced ears on one of the heads -- but this was such a minor thing (and I don't think they even charged me extra for it, anyway) that I've not bothered to complain about it; all my other special requests for makeup style and item substitution were handled perfectly.

* Would you order from this company again? Yes, to the everlasting detriment of my poor wallet!

* How was the communication? There was no need to communicate directly with the company. However, since this was my first BJD, I asked Iplehouse in the order comments if they could give me the green acrylic eyes with him, and they did!
* How easy was it to pay? It was easy. I paid with a credit card. You have to make sure you follow their instructions when paying with credit, though.
* How long did it take to ship? He shipped on June 4th and arrived June 6th (ahead of schedule--he wasn't due to arrive till the 9th). So from the time I ordered him to when I received him, it was only a little over a week!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, definitely! There were no flaws in the resin of the doll or anything, and the wig was very nice and soft.

How was the communication?
Perfect. Had to change the order right in the middle (from regular to mobility joints). IH had no problem with it and they did send mobility joints. It wasn't even prolonging the order processing (even though they said it will).

How easy was it to pay?
Easy, like with every Paypal payment.

How long did it take to ship?
The girl was in my country around 22nd of June (ordered at 1st of june). It was super quick, knowing I actually made changes in order itself (as stated above).

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Unfortunately, my girl has extremely sharp seamlines and arrived heavily strung (she can't sit by herslef). Also the JID wig is slightly too big - covers her ears.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Since I ordered her without face-up, I can't decide. She looks incredible though, even without it.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes. Made a great impression since it's my first BJD ever.

Not a doll. They actually forced me to do alot of additional work, which should primarly been done by company itself (seamlines).

Maybe. Depending rather on condition of the product, since even those made with top quality may get destroyed.

* Packaging and customs? I have to say I'm really not satisfied with their packaging. The outer box is way too big so the inner box could freely move around inside. Also it arrived with a hole in the side as big as my fist.
And even when her tail and cat-head were both wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and taped to the package there still is the possibility it might break with this much room to fall around. Also they did put a fragile sticker on it, yet they didn't mind to show which way's up so the possibility of the goods breaking is even higher.
As I had to open it at customs, I promtly opened it on the wrong side where the letter for customs were put. Also the box itself got a little damaged because customs used their stupid tapes on the delicate paper.
They also forgot to state the prize for the customs to calculate the value and the payment I would have to pay. So I had to go to my custom agency and do it personally. Normally they collect the money through the postman bringing the package.
On the other hand my Luna was nicely packed inside her box with bubble wrap put about every hand and foot, but without a head saving cap on her human head which is why as some stated before,also my Luna has her lashes going off on her human head at the sides.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes and no. On one hand she's beautifully made and I really love her. Her face-ups both are lovely although I prefer her cat head.
Also her default eyes are really deep and beautiful. I'll definitly keep them for her human head.
Also her posability is great, although I have not quite figured out how her knee joints go. The shoes I ordered are really great, very detailed and she's also able to stand in her high heel shoes perfectly. I also got her whip which is also very nicely made.
On the other hand however she seems to have been so poorly packed that the hook on her right foot broke. I had to restring her right out of the box with her high heel feet (which is not too bad since I only have shoes for those at the moment anyways and the cut at the hook is flat so it's glueable). The s-hook had gotted stucked in her leg and I was not so happy fixing this at a box opening.
Also after putting away her covering there was a huge cloud of resin, resin in her joints, resin pieces and dust everywhere when moving her. While restringing I noticed that her inner parts are losing amounts of loose and easily chipping resin, which I could brush away. I'm really not that satisfied with that since it makes her seem rushed and unfinished.
Also as some stated her default wig is not of too good quality. I couldn't get it right, everytime there is some black showing underneath. I however have another wig which even suited her better in my opinion so it's not that big of a problem.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? No, Luna looks better. And I noticed that in their promo pics her wig is not really showing. Intentional?
* Were you satisfied with the product? Overall yes.
* Would you order from this company again? In the moment I think I won't because of the packaging, the annoying runs to customs and resin dust. Considering the latter, it's not that I nearly died but I think they might consider their customers' health a bit more since not everybody knows about it.

* Packaging and customs? The outer box had two nice rips in it, but the wigs and my doll were wrapped in bubble wrap ( the box for the doll was also in bubble wrap). I would have maybe liked to have the wig package taped to the doll package, because if the rips were any bigger, I may have lost the wig package. Otherwise, it arrived perfectly and the doll box was super tightly sealed and my Tatiana was encased in foam and her limbs in bubble wrap. I would say that they did their best to ensure safe delivery.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think so. There are quite a few seams that need sanding for her to be perfect, BUT that was only on close inspection and if a person didn't care, it wouldn't detract from her appearance. Overall, she looks to be high quality and the wigs I ordered are thick and full and well styled even straight out of the package.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Tatiana looks even better in person and the wigs are exactly as described.
