Negative Feedback Ink_Wolf (unpaid layaway)

This is my first time encountering this situation and I really didn't want to create a thread, but at this point I am planning to list my Beryl for sale again as it has been over a year. I hope everything is alright with them

I sold @Ink_Wolf my original release fullset Beryl Neverending Dream back in July of 2023. We agreed on a 6-month layaway plan with most of the fees paid at the end (1)100, 2) 100, 3) 100, 4) 100, 5) 287, 6) 288) and they promptly made the first payment in July.

Since then, I have only received the next installment in August'23, and have not heard back. I messaged to check in Dec'23, Jun'24, and finally again in Oct'24 to let them know that I will be posting Beryl back for sale in the next month. They have been on DOA during this period so I believe they should have seen the messages.

In my sales thread, I did state that any layaway payments are non-refundable, so I am not planning to offer any refund for the $200 that was paid.

 

:Edit: I titled this 'Paging Ink_Wolf' following the other formats I've seen, but I do not feel comfortable proceeding forward with the sale at this point even if they do respond, given the timeframe. Moderators, let me know if that is acceptable. I recognize that I should have created a paging thread months ago, but was anxious about the situation.
