The wig info is good to know, thank you! I have a normal skin Coco on layaway. I'll have to go thru my 5-6 wigs to see if I have anything I think she might like.

I really enjoyed painting these little ones. The minute Impldoll released Saya, I was smitten by her adorable face. Ordered her and Teno, whom I'd wanted for a while. I haven't a clue what kind of fantasy creature Saya is meant to be.

I am so very excited! I managed to do a trade with a fellow Impldoll fan and I now have a dark tan female body on the way Not just that, but the people at Impldoll are so amazing that I managed to special order a dark tan Gela head!!! Very soon I will have a little one to play the role of my Pokedoll!

 

My normal skin Coco arrived yesterday, yay! She's just adorable. I'm quite pleased with her, even tho I pulled her hand off trying to dress her..doh! The string in her arms seems a bit odd, so I may have a friend restring her at the next meet.

I got my shipping notice 30 minutes after New Years Midnight! ^_^ I got Gela in white skin as my event freebie. I'll be happy to share pics once they're here.

I all! I just got myself a Saya as part of their Anniversary promo and I love her so much already!

Just one question, I don't like the fantasy legs and want to swap them out but she's strung with a Ring instead of an S-hook.



Is there an easier way to unstring her? The ring looks mighty hard to pull apart and then put back together.

 

You should be able to remove the plugs in the hooves, get to the s-hooks there and swap out the legs from the bottom.

That said, I wasn't able to get those suckers off when I painted mine. But if you know you don't want the hooves, you could be a little more aggressive about it. You wouldn't care that much about damaging the plug.

 

Got my package Friday! Her eyes I ordered were paler than I thought, so I ordered a pair of aqua glow-in-the-dark eyes from ErsaFlora one size up. (the eye putty showed a bit in the corners)

I need to make her clothes and do her face up & hoof blushing, but she's very cute!

I bought fabric today to make Kat (Gela) a dress. I got some white cotton for an under-dress and bloomers, green linen for her jumper skirt, and a pink linen with embroidered dragonflies for an apron. There's also a couple rolls of lace I can add too. She's gonna be super cute! ^_^

Still debating what to do about her wig. The wig hair on Etsy that would've been perfect is sold out and I can only custom order it if I get 10 lots. :p Might go back to looking for a light blue pigtail wig, the dusty denim color is impossible to find.

My little Ives came two days ago (as a complete surprise, I never received a shipping notice), which was the first sign this little boy is a bit of a troublemaker Today I finished his face-up, I'm now hesitating between Wolf or Tijger (dutch for Tiger) for a name for him.

Face-upped Kat, she turned out cute. However I accidentally put her legs on the wrong sides and now she refuses to sit lady like. I'll eventually put them on right, but those foot plugs are a pain & I don't want to cut her string again.

Kat's wig came in. It's cute on her, & it has little buns, not pigtails like I thought, but that's fine. ^_^ Her horn magnets weren't strong enough to hold through her wig, but I had an easy fix. I had a pack of small strong magnets I bought to make sculpey antlers, so I put two between her head & the wig & it works really well.

Hi all! I received my order from Impldoll today - two Austins in light and dark blue skin. I wanted Austin since he was released and was always searching thru DoA but never saw them. Looks like noone like them, but they are so adorable)))

 

Oh my goodness, they're so cute! How did you get the blue skin option?

 

I have a tiny coming in March some time in grey skin. I will post pictures then! *goes back to lurk mode*

Your blue babies are so adorable, zaba! I would have never thought about asking about custom colours, that's so great that Impldoll granted your request! Man, that light blue skin looks sooo nice, now I'm dreaming about one for myself... A light green skin would also look beautiful I think, and it seems like their resin is a lot more opaque than their previous fanatasy coloured one, so yay! I'm not a big fan of translucent resin.

Hope you guys don't mind me butting in here, but I have noticed in some photos the Impl resin looks a little shiny, it it really as shiny as it appears?

I am sitting on the fence at the moment with Teno and Gela. I want them both, but not keen on spending money that I don't have right now.

I finally caved in and ordered Teno in normal skin, so I can see for myself how shiny the resin is compared with my other dolls. Once he/she arrives I can decide if I will add Gela.

Thank you for your answer zaba, wow that is really resonable! The new dreams art Nancy is really cute, I love her body so much! Somehow she reminds me of a Resinsoul Rong but maybe it's just the ears lol. I am so glad about this trend in the doll hobby of slim and mature YoSD sized dolls, they are all so adorable. And Impldoll tops everyone with their great prices and resin colours! Are you thinking about getting Nancy, elve? As I understand, she is not limited, right?

 

She's not for me, and just as well, I have too many on my wish list now!

 

The new girl is adorable and too perfect for a new story I'm working on. Considering how affordable Imple's are, she'll probably be coming home at some point. There is a big doll I'm waiting to be released right now, so it would be later. Maybe with my b-day money in July.

 

Anyone having problems with Impldoll website? Or is it just me?

I am not sure, but according to Impldoll 2013 Skin Display real skin is way paler than tan. My Bo is tan and against my palm color his color looks very similar to your picture, so I think yours may be tan too.
