20–39cm Dolls Impldoll Dark Tan + Luts Pumpkin Head

I was going to do an unboxing but..the Impldoll body came in a bag. I guess they don't offer boxes when you're only buying a body? I bought from Alice Collections so I know it's authentic but no paperwork or nothing from Impl. Just the bag that's not even a resealable bag. It's literally the plastic bag she's standing on.
But oh well. She's adorable and I love her and this skin color is more beautiful than I could have imagined.

Her name is Priscilla but I call her Pumpernickel.



She's made fast friends with Dorothy (my Bambicrony Minette):



I'm really impressed with the hands too on her. Usually you see very fat fingers and overly simple hands on 1/6 dolls but Impl did really well. And at this price point to boot. Like..dang. I'm impressed.


The resin is also very even in color it's quite nice. The only downside is that of course small areas and seams are very very very grey and rough but that's to be expected.

 

It came with the LEDs in it. Unfortunately it's on auto, you can't cycle through colors. It cycles through them all once at medium speed then fast in a strobe fashion. I'm not sure how hard it would be to rewire.

@Spiffykeen880 Thank you! And too I wish Impldoll would just release actual resin swatches so we don't have to rely on how others report it. I don't know if maybe Impldoll changed their resin categories at some point but the dark tan is definitely quite distinct. The melissa promo photos they use I'm pretty sure is Tanned..but I've never seen their Special UV brown before so that could also be it. But dark tan it is not.
