Lost/Damaged immortality of soul COA

A lot of people have this problem. It's hidden in the slit in the foam that came with the box. A whole section in the boards of the IOS waiting room and IOS discussion board was dedicated to this problem coz no one could find theirs.
I hope you still have your box coz now is a good time to go hunt it out.

I'm not sure how it is a while ago but this was the recent batch.

 

I would hope IOS would place a little arrow pointing the location of the COA if you get a head only too. I was searching in my box too for it until kind folks here told me where to look for the slit in the foam. Love the helpful people of this forum!

 

Well I bought my Jaguar on his first release, when they still had the old website and used the Q&A board for ordering because they didn't have a cart system, but his CoA was just on top of the bubble wrap that was around his pillowbag when I opened the box. I didn't have to search around for it at all. But I don't know if they still ship full dolls in pillowbags or if they use foam now.
