      Just got this picture from Christy Stone of Xtremedolls of her donation for IDEX. She is graciously donating not only the outfit in the picture but the wig also. One very lucky person will go home with her creations!!

      They have updated the IDEX information to include our events. Here is what is posted:

      BJD Mixer & Meet-up

      Join us on Saturday evening, from 6 to 9 pm for a fun BJD Mixer & Meet-up.


      Mingle with your favorite BJD artists, companies, and fellow collectors for a bite, cash bar, table favors and door prizes.
      Learn how to "Shoot Your Dolls" with a professional Photographer.
      Vie for some awesome raffle items & a chance to purchase the official IDEX BJD 2010 Centerpiece Doll.
      Bring your favorite BJD & enter for "Sexiest BJD", "Hautest Doll in Town" and other mostly-for-fun categories.
      Pick up $$ off coupons from BJD exhibitors who will be in the IDEX 2010 BJD Sales Room on Sunday from 3 to 6 pm, after the show floor closes.
      Cost: $50.00. Includes admission to the BJD Mixer & Meet-up, IDEX show floor during public hours and the IDEX BJD Sales Room.

    4. Yeah, but I've worked it out and I'm only going for one night (Saturday), so I don't feel like I wanna commute. There are MUCH cheaper options in the area, though, if you cast around!

      I'll be booking later today. This is gonna be FUN!

      EDIT: Hooray, got my room booked with no problems.

    6. What kinds of bj dolls and things are at this convention? I am thinking of going, but I can't find a lot of information on the official site.

    7. Neither thread on DoA gives any info as to how to pay for the BJD package. I'd really rather do it in advance then wheel myself all over the Rosen Shingle Creek trying to track down the specs.

    10. You can register online AND pay for the BJD event at the same time. The BJD Event cost of $50 includes the cost of the IDEX Collector's admission (which is already $20 - so the event cost is actually $30) to the trade floor, retail room, and Sunday salesroom. So if you are already registered for IDEX you can add the Saturday night
      BJD Event for $30 by contacting Kathy Dolly at: [email protected]
