Resolved Icaro for lack of communication.

Hello, I’m paging in hopes of getting in contact with Icaro. I purchased a doll via layaway (a soom i.mda collette missing a hand.) I made the two payments, sent confirmation and had responses in communication up until after final payment. (It was just two payments over 3 1/2 weeks. Basically split between my two pay periods.)

I have sent 3 or 4 messages since and they have remained Unresponsive. According to their profile it’s been 3 weeks since they’ve logged on. In the beginning there was a long lapse between my first my message and their response (which I figured was life and maybe due to being in another country) but after that they were fairly responsive within a day or so.

So I’m not angry, just concerned and trying paging before I escalate to putting a claim in through paypal.

(I can provide screen caps and exact dates if nesacary.)

 

Just adding I sent an email to the PayPal email address. It hadn’t occurred to me before hand honestly.

 

I've now put in a dispute with Paypal for both payments as they both fall under their 160 day window. Paypal is now contacting seller.

 

I still haven’t heard from Icaro, but the doll arrived yesterday! I hope everything is ok with them but this is now resolved. I will be going to PayPal now and ending the dispute. Thanks so much.
