I've tried a few off etsy but no luck thus far. I'm a proficient sewer, I just can't pattern make for the life of me. I'm willing to pay up to 5usd for a pattern if you know of one I can buy online.
Have you tried the masking tape method? Just wrap where you want the tights to be in cling film (I think it's also called "saran wrap") then wrap the area with strips of masking tape. Draw where you want the seams, carefully cut away the masking tape and cling film with scissors, gently remove the cling film then stick the masking tape to paper and cut around it - voila pattern. I suck with making other kinds of patterns but I found this method works.
The Rong body is pretty much the same size-wise as MNF (or a bit thinner, but that's easy to adjust). You may want to look into mnf/slim mini patterns rather than specifically ones for Rong (I've seen at least some pattern of this size bring sold on Etsy) The cheapest and fastest way is to make your own patterns with the tape method. (painter's tape also works, but you do need to wrap the doll first).
I've made the following pattern for my RS Tang and it looks like your RS Rong has similar enough measurements to maybe give this a try. /threads/pattern-resinsoul-slim-msd-44cm-boys-pants.357008/ I'm going off the measurements on the RS website (looking at Tang, Rong and Song). You may need to take in the waist a tiny bit, or use a bit of elastic to make it fit correctly. Closing off the pants to make them leggings should be pretty straight forward. I normally just trace the feet and add a seam allowance I'm comfortable sewing with. It was buried in forums but maybe it's a diamond in the rough. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
