I think you'd need to get Marketplace access and see which people are offering those services (in your own country would keep the shhipping costs down) to ask them how much they charge.

Also, I'd imagine, you'd need to provide more info on the exact style and complexity of the tato, how large an area of the body it would cover etc. for them to give any sort of accurate idea of the cost.

I agree with Teddy and with aestellica get outside of DOA until you get enough points to get MP access. Etsy I would say, but only if they have very high feedback in that area.Also look for a local group that has meet ups. I know mine can assist with restringing, but tattoos would require an artist to be sure no mistakes.

 

Good point - I've done restring for people at meets.
